I was careful while driving but the pedestrian and the auto driver there were carelessness and in order to save the pedestrian the auto driver hit my car. But the back ground is carelessness even if was not of myself.
But last month our neighbor an old man fainted in side his car while driving due severe chest pain and this caused an accident…unfortunately he died before reaching to the hospital….is it carelessness or something else…

It may not be your carelessness, but it was definitely somebody else's so it is still the cause of your accident. In the case of the neighbor old man, if he is already under medication and he forgot to take his pills or his caregiver forgot to remind him, then that's also indirect carelessness.

No matter how careful we are on the road, when others are not, we can't deny that we could still meet accident.
So, everybody has to be extra careful specially when travelling.

Hi, shamrack. Thanks for sharing your thought. This is something true about accident. But what we know from an official saying is always about driver's carelessness(at least from mine).I think it is us should be careful and flexiable all the time rather than a driver. And is a driver only to blame when an accident happens?sometimes,I don't think so.
