I got an interview again last week for a job, but I'd screwed it. First was a written examination it was kinda easy for me to answer the question and equation for the test, but when the oral examination came I got too nervous I couldn't even answer a question in straight English. I really got too nervous I couldn't think very clearly and I really don't speak frequently in my current work. I would blame myself in not utilizing this language that much. I need to practice it but with whom? all of my clients mostly speak our countries language.

writieen tests are always a breeze for me. Anyway, is this your first time being interviewed in a foreign tongue?

Read books and newspaper allowed. Hear yourself talk. Record your speaking voice while reading so that you'll be able to know how to do changes on how you speak. Joy down words that you somewhat mispronounced and also check if you are using the right intonation for each sentence. I think that would work for you.

Try practicing in fron of the mirror! That may sound silly but hey, it might work for you. You can also see how your facial expression is and be able to improve it so you will come off us confident and professional. Then if you can request a friend of yours to actually evaluate your speaking, much better. You have to brush off the feeling of nervousness and awkwardness in speaking that language. Practice is the key.

You lack confidence. I don't think there's any problem with your abilities. When you're on a job interview it's important not to be nervous. You need to remain calm and collected on the outside so your future employer will think that you are confident about your knowledge. You answered the questions with no problem so you don't need to worry about anything. Just believe in yourself. Tell yourself that you'll show them what you're worth. Good luck next time.

Sad to hear about you. Practice is front of a mirror. Good luck for your next interview.
