Paper Towels

Although this is rather silly one of the things I hate the most are the multi-size paper towels. Paper towels are paper towels to me and I don't have a favorite brand so I usually buy whatever's on sale. Unfortunately some of the cheaper brands don't tell you that they are select-a-size.
Needless to say I bought paper towels yesterday. Got them home and thats what they were. What bothers me most is that they never tear correctly. You either get a half of paper towel or one and a half paper towels and that plucks my nerves!! They are great for kids but that's about it.
Does anyone else have this gripe?

I have paper towel but only use them to dry parsley or a steak before frying. I don`t use a lot of paper towels to clean up. I have cloth towels for that. I am worried about excess use of paper towels, paper napkins, paper diapers and all other items that are made with cut down trees.
