Can I receive money from sites, even if my Pay Pal isn't activated?

Hello , myLotters!
I'm a newbie to earning money on line, but I've reached the cash out on some sites. I have a Pay pal account, but it's not activated [next weeks I'll activate it]. My question is: Can I receive money from the sites, even if my pay pal isn't activated?
The sites are : Bubblews and Incentria.
I know I can wait until I'll activate my account, but I'm worried about Bubblews, because some users say that they don't get their pay, or don't get their first pay, but they get the next pays... I've earned a bit over cash out, and I wish to redeem them very soon because in the case if they'll don't give my first payment, I'll don't lose too much now. But if I wait until my Paypal will be activated, I'm worried because I'll lose pretty much ???.

Well, I think your account can't be activated without a card, that means you can only receive money from a few sites and you can't buy anything with the money you have in your account :(. Better ask a parent to apply for a visa card, specially for you, I don't think it costs very much :).

Most of online earning site you can receive payment but some not. I think you also cannot withdraw money in your paypal to bank because visa and mastercard is a card for verified.

As far my knowledge goes, what you need for receiving payment from the sites by Paypal is only verification of the Paypal account, there is no need to activate the Paypal account.

you have to set up your payment processor "paypal"before pay out.

Do you mean your paypal still not verified? If that you mean my answer is yes you can receive a payment but some site need a verified paypal. I think it is better if you verified your paypal using credit card or debit card.

Hi! I just signed up for myLot three weeks ago. I also opened a paypal account at that time. Until now I haven't added any debit or credit card yet but I was able to received the money sent from my client from Odesk. I checked my paypal account and it really shows the amount sent to me even though I don't have any card yet. I just applied for a card yesterday and will receive it after a week. Once I got my card, I'll just add it on my account and withdraw the money I earned. That's the process that I know about paypal and I hope everything will work out fine.

Generally, you can receive payment to your paypal account even if it is not verified. However, there are some limitations. In order for you to have a smooth flow of transaction with you online activities, I would suggest that you verify your account first.
Verifying your account is easy because Paypal accepts visa and mastercard.

I think it might have country different. In my country, if your account isn't activated, you can only get payment from other paypal account, but you can't not get the payment from company or credit card. Hope it can help.
