I do beleive the place of birth do effect on our life. People do ask us whole life from where r u? where u born? for whole life we can't get this question. So this trend need to be changed. Its not our birth place describe us,It's the work or our deeds describe us better.

I think that being raised in some areas can affect how you react. They say the "South" is friendly (in the U.S.), but was raised here and I can't say it is particularly friendlier than other places. I would say that if you are perceived to be like the rest, you can fit in, I never did try too hard to fit in and was teased and bullied for it. My brother, who actually lived in New Jersey longer than I did, but did try to fit in didn't suffer like I did.

I don't think that the place that you were born will have a full effect on the person that we will become later in our lives. However, I do think that the place where we were born and raised does have some impact on the person that we will become later in our lives. In growing up, I studied a lot of biology and I definitely remember that one of the things that we were taught is that both nature and nurture have a significant impact on the person that we become as we grow up and develop within our lives.

In some way I guess, but definitely the way you are raised and the envirronment where one lives will affect a person's disposition in life. Like what you have said that you are raised in a military area so it's most probable that you are a disciplined person.

Hello Tushavi! Everyone is different and can act differently towards a certain event. But if you were raised in an area where people were always yelling at you or keeping you on your toes, there is a good chance you will grow up the same. Like always being on your toes, getting things done quickly, being in a rush etc. If you were raised with parents who fought all the time, you may grow up to be angry. If you were raised with a very happy family, very good chance you will see the joys in life and be happy. We are all different but I do agree with what your psychologist said. Hi there. I think that a country can make a person born go into a particular lifestyle. For example a baby born in Australia might like the great outdoors and be active in many sports when he or she is grown up. If a baby is born in a very poor family in the Maldives he or she will have a totally different kind of life. A person born in a western country like England or America can travel to lots of different countries without needing a visa. Some countries have a high standard of living and many comfortably off people. For years cheap flights went from my home country. It let me get many different traveling experiences. I have traveled to more than sixty different countries in my lifetime so far. Have a lovely day.

I can only speak to conditions in the USA, here there are many different places and ones life is effected by, not necessarly where you are born but where you are raised.

I am sure your place of birth has some influence on how you behave in some ways. You can change it if you think it is bad for others. You can live in an area, which you think can give you a positive way.

I believe it would. Where you are born determines how you view things, what you eat, how you talk and a lot of other things.

Well, it might be possible if you were raised by a dad who happens to be an Army and he has instilled in you the kind if discipline that he gets from his work. Mostly, your attitude is brought about by the people around you.

Pray To your Maker, to help you overcome your shortcomings.I had this limitation, but when I prayed for my Almighty's help to overcome this habit,I finally got relieved from this short coming.

in psychology and sociology, the effect is called socialization. it can not be denied that our childhood upbringing and the environment and those people whom we migled with have significant effects on our attitudes and behaviors. however, if you are away for quite a while in that place and you grew up and now is living in another place, i doubt the strong effect of your place of birth.

I don`t think a place of birth can effect your life in thevway you say. But I do think that your culture and the relations with the people that surround you can modify your conduct in many ways. Take care.

The place of birth might not have effect on your life, but the place you live has much effect on your life and character. I am not sure whether you mean place of birth or place of residence? I case of place of birth, it might and night not have effect on your live. A case of someone born to a family or a place that many people don't like is an example, as we might call it better Racism. As for the place of residence, sure it has much to do with your life. Since, where you live determine your character.
