How many of us actually had a good online shopping experience?

I tired once or twice to buy online and the product to be delivered to my house. Once it was Flipkart where I had some magazines delivered. And they were prompt. They had said that processing will take a day or two after which they will take three days to deliver. But I had the product in my hand within two days of the placing or order. I didn't take a risk - I had opted for [/i]cash on delivery[i] option.
Second time I had ordered a book directly from the publisher. This time I had been a bit more in a risk taking mood. I had made online payment to them before the order actually came. They had said that I would get the book which I had ordered in a week's time. I was a bit apprehensive as I don't really shop online much but it was a book which was not available anywhere in market. But thankfully the order was in my hand within the week as they had promised.
My experience with [/i]Electronic Arts[i](EA) had always been good. I have ordered games from them some three or four times -- all electronic download format. And they have never ever caused any problem. I had only faced one problem that only once -- my game was not getting registered on the game's official site. I had sent a complaint on a live chat and he immediately solved it.
Overall my online shopping experience is good! How about you guys? Is there anything called good hassle free online shopping or my experiences were just once in a blue moon exceptions.

I purchase quite a lot of things online especially online deals. I also book my flights online whenever I need to.
I only experienced one issue when I purchased an online trip. The deal company shut down without informing us about refund and all that and when we went to their office to complain, they're always closed. It's a good think that my credit card company waived or refunded my trip payment so I was able to get my money bank.
Other than this experience, all of my online shopping experience is good :)

I have bought several things online and I usually pay in advance. I have bought books, games, cds and a couple of other things, and I have only experienced one problem. I wanted to buy a book in an online shop. I got an error message and I wasn't able to finish my purchase. I left that site and ordered the book from another site...and a week later I received two copies of the same book! The first place sent me the book as well. I should have contacted them and asked them if they had received my order, but I just assumed that they hadn't received it. Fortunately I was able to sell one of the books and I got most of the money back since the book was completely new.

Oh yeah that can be a problem when online. Errors in the middle of the transaction can lead to problems. Or even the electicity can create a problem. So many times expensive things I am vary of buying online. Generally I have not had bad experiences online.

Recently i subscribed for a magazine for 999 rupees for one year, it will give a 32GB pen drive it says as free
I have been cheated many times from the so called on line shops
best to go to the dealer, see the product, esquire about guarantee/warranty; do little bargain and buy.
