It's super easy! I just brown off a pound of ground beef in the skillet with some onions. Drain the grease. Mix the meat/onions with a can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk. Put that in a greased square 8 by 8 pan and then put a little cheese on top and then top with frozen tator tots and then sprinkle with a little more cheese. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until tator tots are brown and done.

Hello Kemak I hope that you are fine. I have never heard about Tator tots casserole, so I looked for it on the web and I found some wonderful and easy recipes. Tator tots casserole doesn´t look very difficult to be done. I´ll try to make it for my family as soon as possible. I´m sure they´ll enjoy it. Thanks you for your post. Blessings Kemak... dainy

Enjoy! I've made one with chicken before instead of ground beef and that was really good too.

I like casseroles too depending on what kind. Tater tot casserole sounds very good but whats in it besides tater tots? Y agree with you kem that casseroles are good on cold nights. This night is gonna be cold here in Missouri due to the snow storm we had yesterday. Please share the recipe for this thanks.

Pound of ground beef browned off and drain the fat/grease. I cooked onions in with my meat too. Then just mix the meat with a can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk. Put that all in a greased pan 8 by 8 size. Then top with a little cheese ( I used shredded cheddar). Then top with frozen tator tots and then top off with a little more cheese. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until tator tots look done. I've made it with some veggies before too and have added frozen peas with it that was good.

I love casseroles and stews in cold weather. I usually use a cheap meat so that I can boil it for a long time. Potatoes, onions and carrots are a must. There are other veggies depending on what I have around.

Here in our country, we usually eat congee/porridge. Kids love them all the time.

Oh how cool is that, we're having tuna casserole tonight. It's Friday so we are having fish for lent, no meat every Fridays. I haven't had tater tots casserole but then again, you can't go wrong with potatoes, right?
