what case can parents complain to the teacher and classmates at school for accusing their daughter a thief but in the end found out she is not guilty?
this student was in so much pain right now,she was put in shamed and the worst was she didn't even give any chance to defend herself in judge by everyone as a thief, till the day her parents proves her not guilty and the real thief was the one who pointed her as a thief, how pity, this student needs justice for the pain, shame and ruining her name she suffered.

Such being the case, the teacher should claim and say sorry to that the previously-accused girl student who is not guilty for stealing anything. If the teacher does not say so, the innocent girl may accuse him for doing the wrong thing to her that ruined her good reputation, which is very important to us. This girl should stand up for herself.

I pity the victim of the circumstance who was judged right away without giving her the reason of the doubt.
This really happens when the management of the classroom and the school is poor.
The school should have a policy what to do in this cases.
In some schools the situation is solved inside the classroom first.
and when they do not come into terms, then the the school counselor has to intervene with the parents of both the victim and the accused.
This way, the problem is confined within the concerned people only and will not go outside the whole school community.

I hope she is fine now. It really feels bad when you are blamed for a thing, which you have not done. The person who is actually responsible should be punished severally for defaming the girl.

whatever those people have done to her can not take back the pain she felt. However justice can still be done here, Media and report to DepEd for any proper actions to the people teacher and classmates and school, too.

thats sad. seriously it is totally wrong on the part of the school to decide upon the issue so fast and point the girl guilty without even allowing her to give an explanation. but its something that i guess happen almost daily to someone and i really feel bad about it.
hope the girl comes out of if and is fine soon.

The kid must must be suffering from being humiliated.
The school should have investigated it well first!
The real thief is ought to make an apology in order to clean the kid's name and start a normal life,,, poor she is but I believe something good still awaits her....

It is really dissapointed that the service of school is too fast to judge without deeply investigation . it is good of school to make excuse openly to the students and her parents as well. The school must make clarification and the realthief accused must be dropped out from the school and the misaccused should get the reward and ....

this is really disappointing, and i am extremly sorry. however, a case like this happened at my school where the girl was accused of stealing; and everyone talked about her. what the student should do is one keep her head high, she doesn't want these words to get into her head, secondly the parents should go to the principal and talk with the teacher, because she is not allowed to accuse a student ( which also happened at my school and the teacher got into a lot of trouble). the parents should also request that disciplinary actions happen to the teacher for falsly accusing this student. If the principal doesn't take any of this into high consideration, I highly recomend that you go to the school district; and explain to them what happened and how this student was accused, her reputation was tarnished, and that she was never the student which this teacher made her out to be. I would probably bring in her transcript so that they can see, what type of student she was before she was accused.
Again i am truly sorry, and in the end if all of this fails; i would say that a transfer should be in order but this is a last resort.
