I am so sad to see the message that you head hurts all the time. That's a bad thing, you must resolve it.Nothing is important than the health.First you should find out which reason that make your head aches, then get rid of it.work too hard?mort stress? When my head aches terribly,I usually go to sleep,or do some sports,do some self head massage.Good luck to you.I hope you are health and happy.

How long have you been feeling this? Does the pain involve only one side of your head? Is there a specific time of the day that the pain triggers? Are you feeling some pulsating pain behind your eyes as well? If you answer Yes to all of the questions mentioned above, you might be having a migraine. Go seek advice from a doctor so that he could prescribe you with the right medicine.

There are lots of reasons why our head aches.. it can be because of our lifestyle.. stress, poor posture, skipped meals, lacked of sleep,. Etc,. And it can also be because of a desease., if you think its not because of your lifestyle and you are having nausea, vomiting and fainting and your headache occur frequently than usual, worsen and don't improve with over the counter meds, prevent you from working, sleeping and from your normal activities then you should visit your doctor to seek some advice..

Headaches are awful so sorry you are having them. Doctors have medicines that can really help. I know I have had some that do wonders but I don't have my bad headaches like I used to so haven't gone to the doctor to get my meds. So when I get one I tend to first watch what I eat. Triggers for me can be chocolate, pizza sauce and silly things like that. I then take some tylenol pm because I know I need some pain relief but I also need to sleep them off. I then take a warm bath and soak my neck and shoulders in the warm water. I lay down with a hot cloth on my head and hopefully by then the tylenol pm has kicked in so I sleep. I hope this helps you but as others have said you really need to see a doctor to find what is causing your headaches.

Hi Valorieesquilona and welcome to my lot. I don't get too many headaches but know when I do they are a doozie. If your headache is really bad you might want to see a doctor. Headaches usually start from the lower back. I used to be massage people for a living and I was taught by a person that knew what to do and they told me that headaches usually begin in the back and work up to the head. I found if I can get a massage on my lower back it usually helped my headache. I hope and pray that your headache goes away real quick.

Headaches are never good. You need to go to the dr. and have it checked out. My mom once had back aches, after going to the dr. they found out she had cancer. So even though its a head ache.. having them all the time isnt right. Go get it checked out.

I usually have chronic headaches, and i dont like to take medication for it (weird i know) but i jusdt drink a lot of water, and i take a hot rag and place on my head a lie down for a bit. no, the pain doesn't go right away , it takes some time but while you are lying down you should also make sure you eat something to because i know that when this happens to me my saliva gets a little thick; which is why i drink the water to break it down and eat to help my head. if any of this doesn't work you should try going to the doctor and explain to him, when the headaches began and how long it last. i hope you feel better.

When it is really terrible, i would have to just lie and close my eyes so i can relax. If doing this is not possible, i would just need to apply white flower in my temples. and sniff it a bit. this has helped me before and i think it is still that helpful to me now. =)

Hi, I think you need to see doctor if happens at regular intervals because that could be a problem and should be diagnosed ASAP. The doc might run some tests on you to ensure your health. Or may be you should get your eyes tested because it sometimes happens for that reason as well. Once this happened with me when I was a child and one of my neighbor suggested me to have 4-5 almonds daily and it somehow cured my problem. I hope u'll get well soon.
