Do you ever just feel like crying?

I really don't know why I am feeling this way right now. I feel like I could burst into tears yet nothing has happened that I should feel like crying. No one has said or done anything and nothing has changed in the past 24 hours to make me want to cry. Has this ever happened to you? Do you do your best not to cry or do you just go with it and let the tears fall? I haven't let them fall as of yet because I hate to cry for no reason but who knows it may just happen.

I do feel the same way sometimes, just let it all go, maybe you are thinking of something that is sad at the moment. If you will let yourself cry, it'll make you feel better. Promise! I have done that and when I let it all out, I feel ten times lighter on the inside. It's kind of confusing why we feel that way, but hey we are human, we feel sad, we feel happy. It's the way we work in this life.

I experience that too and I prayed. It is written, "that the Holy spirit grieves at times..." What I mean is that there must be someone in need of prayer or yourself is in need of prayer. This is my opinion. However, when I prayed it was gone and I was back in the mood again.

Yes, sometimes for no reason at all, I cry like crazy. Nevertheless, many of the circumstances that I cried, I had credible reasons. I had cried with extreme emotions around seven or eight times in my forty years of existence. After the heavy emotion was over, I still felt just like crying everytime I remember the reason for the shedding of tears. Whenever I was alone, I couldn't but felt like crying over and over. For every time I cried heavily, the feeling of just wanting to cry usually lasted more than a month. I wouldn't accept though, that I went depressed during those lowest times of my life. Also, all of those instances that I cried, I locked myself in a room where no one would see me crying and shouting and just heavily emoting, although my eyes would always give me away. But then again, I would always try hard never to show the tears..as much as possible I choose not to cry because I would usually have a severe headache after crying. Yes, there's always a time when I just feel like crying, even if there's no reason for doing so.

I also feel like crying sometimes and that too without any apparent or genuine reason. I guess there are times we can't control our emotions and they try to barge out in form of tears. I think you should cry if you feel like. Don't stop or try to stop yourself from this.

I think sometimes you just need to cry. I LOVE crying at movies and I usually watch the tear jerkers all by myself so no one can inturrupt my cry and I can let it all out and I feel so much better afterwards. I've noticed if I haven't watched a tearful movie/show in a while and nothing has really made me cry I get a build up of emotions and end up getting frustrated about everything or start a stupid random argument because I just need to get my emotions out. No it's not a good thing to do and I know this. So when I feel my emotions starting to build up, I make a point to put in one of my favorite movies that just lets me sob and I feel much better.
Or it could be nearing that time of the month....I usually go really crazy about 2 or 3 days before and then I'm fine...

Whenever that happens to me, I just let my tears fall. It's something I let be. Do you know that your tears even clear your eyes aside for helping you fix with your emotional turmoil that you have no idea about?
Anyways, I'm feeling like crying myself right now. The reasons is because I am frustrated with my story. I don't feel like writing it at the same time I do. It's confusing--the conflicting emotions--but I know I'll get over it. Always think positive even if you feel like crying right now--even if you don't know why you're crying. It's what keeps me sane at least.

I have been through that situation many times. I hope i am not getting crazy! But I guess, it just happens when you just feel so alone and confused. Not really having a current problem when that happens, but just looking back on things that has happened and think what I could have done to make things better, I guess it was more on the regret of not being able to make wiser decisions in the past. I am just taking out my frustrations.

Oh, friend, I have the same feeling as you. Maybe there is too much sadness in your deep heart or you can relax after crying. Crying is a brave behavior.

A big yes!!!!
it happen to me a lot of times but One thing i will not forget..
When i was in the chapel with other people, and friends...(Lucky that I knew all the people who were with me at that time)..
We were praying then I suddenly could not control myself to cry out loud, (it's literally loud),, and everyone looked at me!! (Shame on me)
but I never felt any shyness that moment ....
maybe the Lord has touched me that day!

Sometimes I feel the same way too but as much as possible I don't want to give in to that feeling. I just think that it's just some emotion and I should not be a slave of my emotion. I know that sometimes those feelings are unstoppable but I don't want to let my emotions show in my action, specially when I'm in front of other people. I just cry in private where no one can see me.

Yes, I always feel like crying especially when I'm alone. Feels like you can't do anything and no one to talk to. Feels like you're alone even if you had a lot of friends out there.

I think you need to go to the hospital and have a check, because it is a little weird people cry without a reason.
Or may be now you just under a great deal of pressure, you need to release your stress upon your shoulder.
