How does one track discussions on myLot?

Hello everyone. Its been quite some time since I last logged in to myLot but now that I've finally found some time, I've decided to this a little more. I started coming here since yesterday morning and have realized I'm finding it difficult to remember which discussions did I post on. I'm being forced to go all my interests to find discussions I replied on to see if anyone responded. Its becoming a little tedious. Any suggestion to resolve this problem?

I'm surprised nobody here has suggested the "My Activity" tab on the profile page... I use that because it shows all my activity, not just my responses. I comment on a lot of things and I'd miss out on a lot of conversations if I didn't go back to that page every so often.

Ah yes. The "My Activity" tab is just what I wanted. Funny I couldn't recollect that this is what I used to do earlier. Thanks for responding.

By reading your emails from my lot... thats how I do it.. Or i go to discussions started tab her eon main page.

Oh yes. I'm now pretty settled in my job and find enough time to come to myLot everyday. Hopefully it'll be the same for the foreseeable future. Thanks.

A few months back this was my problem too.I thought over it and then formulated a strategy.I now go to my profile and visit 'discussions I have responded'.And then my problem gets solved.Earlier I used to go to 'interests',remind which interest the discussion was under and then try to gind out the desired discussion.It took a long time.Going to profile is the easy solution.

That was exactly why I decided to post my question. Going to each of my interests to see if anyone had responded was becoming very tedious. Using the 'discussions I have responded' suggestion that you too have suggested has solved my problem.

if you leave open your email window every time you some one replys to something that you wrote or a friends post a new topic you will get a email

I just feel that the email option makes myLot a part of my routine instead of an enriching experience that I want. I guess I'll stick to the 'My Activity' suggestion. Thanks for your response anyway.

How I keep track when I open up a discussion, especially one my friends have started here, is to always remember to rate it. That way when I open it up if I have already done this, I know that I have already been here so I do not duplicate anything here. This is what works Best for me.

Since I have a lot to check on my profile on which discussions I have responded too, All I do is to just check my email and see whether there is a respond from the comment I made on someone's discussion.

Well, I see that the email notification is the most popular suggestion but I guess for now, I'll stick with checking my profile since I have limited but regular activity here and can manage it from my profile. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Thanks for the response. Over the course of the last week, I already feel I'm up to speed with most things myLot. I knew I wouldn't find it difficult but a little guidance would just make things easier for me.
