I think everyone likes to be rich. No one likes to be poor. But I just recently heard of one of my friend's common friend dying. He was actually so wealthy and while waiting for his last breath, many regrets and worried heard. He was actually grieving of why he was not able to use his riches to help the needy while he was physically fit to give. Now actually he can no longer see how the left families would spent his riches.

That's a difficult thing. Many people don't know how long they have left, and you don't want to run out of money and have nothing or have a medical emergency and not enough money to pay for it. But it's true, you can do a lot of good with your assets.

Hi,
The things we do while we are able shall come back to haunt us while waiting for our final breath. The story is a typical scenario for those who think they can live forever, having been blinded by the riches he had that he forgot for those riches should go. IN the first place, writing a last will and testament while having the ability to do so should be foremost in every rich man's agenda. It is not a wise move to think that one could still be here tomorrow to enjoy what has been provided, those are the things intended for other people in need and failing to do so shall be the things that shall bring the dying person to only God knows where. Yes, I should die without attachments to the material things in this world, free to go without conscience, peaceful and calm as I take my last breath.

I think dying to be rich or poor does not matter! What matters most is how did one spend his/her life while on earth!
Did you live your life to the fullest?
is it according to the way God wants us to be?

In late repentance, either to die rich or poor we dont know when it will be happen. we should be ready all the time by loving others, helping them even if we are poor, providing the best for our family and relatives.

Well this question really depends on some things. In total it doesn't really matter if I die rich or poor because after dying I wont be able to spend the money if you get what I am saying. If I have children though that needs to get through school, or have some dependent that really needs the money I would prefer to die rich so that those dependents can inherit the money to get them through school or such.
Relating to your story though, it seem as if he was really rich. But you know there is one thing I learn in life and I hope you don't get this the wrong way. When someone is trying to become rich they do not spend. It is one of the most important rule, and if they do spend, they still spend in the range of the poor. That way they will always build on their riches. I think maybe that is why when he was physically fit he did not help the needy because he wanted to build the riches more. But I think he still can help the needy, just sign a few sheets of paper to send some money to them or trust your family with the ability to share some of the riches with the needy.

Hi wendy, I think you should keep some property for our kids. As such we do needful to keep some properties for our son and daughter. Otherwise, they will face problem to educate themselves. I like to see my kids are well educated with my money and properties. As such, I do not like to die as poor. Have ave very nice day.
