Most of the internet masses(people using internet) are much benefited by this famous free internet encyclopedia - WIKIPEDIA. It has articles about almost every imaginable things and its language style is much lucid and is often detailed. But, I have also read that Wikipedia relies on donations to great extent to meet its financial expenses. And anyone can donate to Wikipedia . Have you contributed anytime to Wikipedia by donating about it? I have never contributed but I am planning to contribute after my mylot earnings...

(I consult Wikipedia on a regular basis and have edited it myself on a number of occasions) What a brilliant idea! I know that I can't bank my mylot earnings without a ridiculous proportion going in bankers' charges. Is there a way to transfer them to Wikipedia without the same thing happening?

I don't think such thing can happen. But it would be much better if it would have happened that way.

I had noticed the request for donations form them on their website but have not donated anything before. They have always welcomed donations and are a non-profit organization too.Me and my friend have planned to help them with a little soon and have also planned to contribute to some improve some articles if possible.Hope you have done your part, after all wiki helps almost everyone around the world.

That's right, I also read that Wikipedia depends of the donation given by its users. Until now, I still haven't donated anything to it. But, it's a great idea you mentioned to use our mylot earnings to donate them to wikipedia, as it is a great work which, I am sure, has been already used by most of us.
