Thank God office hours was finally over. Indeed it was a very busy day for me. Monday is really the busiest day of my week just like others. I really have to do several request, reports and assisting some queries from suppliers and branches, reading and replying emails and answering phone calls from time to time.
When preparing to go home since office was over, a colleague whom I always with during break time asked me if I do eat snack and I replied "No" due to busyness. I also asked her and replied no as well.
Busyness could really lead to hungriness lol.
Do forget to eat also when you are too busy into something?
I think I better look for something to eat in the convenient store down our office building.
I do hope that you are having a great day today. Don't forget to eat.

good thing you are not diabetics as you would have some big problems. I get hungry sometime just sitting waiting for the beverage cart to come to our table so take a low sugar snack in my pocket just to take off the edge of my hunger., I have learned to listen to my body.I worked in our local library and my manager was strict in making us stop at noon and have our lunches.,She knew I had diabetes asI wanted all to know so in case I ever went low
they would jnow what tol do for me..

I am busy always.Often I am busy doing the works I don't like to do,but forced to do.I do them, but get tired soon and begin feeling hungry,or say, extremely hungry.I then stop working and take my meals. But sometimes I get busy with works I am interested in.Within minutes,I get concentrated and unable to feel hunger.Would you believe me if I say I had to keep working for the whole day without eating anything?I was concentrated and did not feel hunger.

Well some are like you who dont get or feel hungry easily even though their are too busy doing things. I used to forgot or dont feel hunger if I am too occupied with the busyness of work or when I am really into it. But I always feel hungry after maybe I am so hyperactive and has fast metabolism as well.

Being busy for something worth for is really good and i also like that. I have been busy with my work whole day yesterday and though i was tired very much, felt happy when i got expected rewards. So, one should not complain about being busy. But what he/she is busy is to be understood and if he/she is busy for useless things, then it is just waste of time, waste of energy etc. Live your life by being busy always and not lazy most of the time

Yeah it would better that our energy was consume in something that is good and useful. We really to consume our energy into something useful and worth it so we have to eat right and enough to replenish our energy back.

In the last several years, I've become the kind of person that really doesn't experience a lot of hunger. Admittedly, this is something that really isn't good for me at all. However, it is just a part of who I am. I do find that I am also a lot less likely to remind myself that I need to eat when I am busy with anything in my life. Well, my mother has some days where she will get to work between eight and nine in the morning and she won't even take a lunch break to get something to eat until between two and three in the afternoon.

Being busy really does make one hungry. Even if your sitting down the wholed ay, if your mind is working hard, you'll really feel hungry.
My Mondays aren't really busy. During Mondays, I work at home so my day isn't really tough. I usually bake something while working :) Right now, I'm waiting for my carrot muffins to cool. I'll frost them in a while!

Well I think it is better to get hungry due to busyness than feel the hunger by just sitting and doing nothing. The hungriness will be worth it and energy was not wasted into something that was nonsense. Eating is really important for us so that our energy will be replenish.

We will definitely feel hungry after being so busy in doing things so we really have to look for something to eat to replenish the energies that we exerted and used in doing those things. We dont really have to skip eating to avoid getting weak and sick.

hi ardoy glad you are done for the day.As for me I am retired and living in a retirement center so meals we get called to so no chance of our going hungry either. I have diabetes so have snack materials in my room for my bedtime snack which was ordered by my doctor as I was going low all the time so he made me promise to eat a snack always before heading to bed.

Definitely yes. When you were so busy with what you are doing, you forget to eat and even if you feel hungry, you ignore that just because you don't want to be disturbed with what you are doing.
