Ever since I am really a fan of watching Oscars 2013 and I don't know how I became so attached with it. Maybe because of the fact that I like my favorite movies being won including as well the performers that I want to win. So everytime I am watching the Oscars I am always expecting how funny and entertaining would that be including as well on how they introduce the celebrities and how they are going to announce the winners. Though I have to admit now that in comparison with the previous Oscars then the last years were more entertaining than this year as I've noticed in number of performances, how they talk and other production numbers. Unlike before that each announcements of winners has its own gimmick or trick that it takes long and I like the performances of Cirque De Soleil last year, more so the show was longer in duration compare this year. Although in my case it is advantage. Because I am just watching that inside the office then it happens that my boss even saw it that the television is open though he doesn't care about it. Good thing I was still able to finish watching the whole Oscars 2013 even that is late coverage here in Manila.

I generally enjoy watching the Oscars. Not so much for the Best Picture or acting awards though; I mostly watch to see who gets what technical Oscar, the occasional song performance, all the pretty dresses, things like that.
Seth Macfarlane kind of soured the night for me this year. I just couldn't enjoy his jokes and I didn't like waiting through his bits to get to the Oscars I cared about. I wound up turning the show off and looking up videos of the winners later on YouTube.

That is his talent of being the comedian. I am also really enjoying watching Oscars though unfortunately we can't really view the live telecast because it is delayed and more so it is office hours here in Manila.

Honestly the only reason I watched the Oscars was for Seth McFarlane! He's so funny and I knew he could sing and dance because he voiced several characters on Family Guy, who also sing and dance, like Brian! :D I was also happy to see the performance by the Les Mis cast, it was definitely one of my favorite performances of the night.

I have been watching the Oscars for at least forty of my fifty-six years and I really thought this years Oscars were one of the best. It had so much more entertainment, singing, dancing and just great humor. I was so surprised to see that Seth McFarland could sing and dance. I loved most of the gowns that the woman were wearing especially Hally Berry and Charize Theron and especially Charize hairstyle, I loved it. I just thought that Naomi Watts should have won Best Actress for the movie "The Impossible" over Jennifer Lawerence's performance in Silver Lining Playbook. I loved seeing Adele sing "Skyfall" and of course Barbara Streisand singing "Memories" that was a complete surprise to me. I believe the producers and director did a great job putting this Oscar show together.

I really like their dresses too and of course there is nothing so new about it.
Really you have been watching Oscars for 40 years already? Wow It is so hard to watch here in our country because that is Monday morning which hits the office hours. More so it is delayed in our network.
