hi guys, I like to ask everyone, if you know a good book about diabetes, the know-it-all type of book. Can you recommend one? I'm now in a search for good books where I can know more about diabetes, because reading a lot of things here in the internet is somewhat confusing me, because most of them are redundant and some are contradicting. So anyone can you help me? Thanks a lot (",)

Try reading Diabetes for Dumbies. That was a good book for me when I was learning about it. Hopr this helps you. Diabetes can be confusing to learn about. What you can and cant eat. Hope you learn what you are setting out to learn.

There are a lot of good books out there, and cookbooks that can help teach you things that are good for diabetics. Also talking eith a nutritionist can be a good thing sometimes as well. The one who mentioned diabetes for dummies is a good start. Also check the American diabetes association site for links to get some free books and such there as well.
