Most of us aren’t comfortable with the idea of describing ourselves in any context. There’s lots of different reasons why you may need to be good at this. Online dating profiles are little more than self-descriptions with a few optional pictures and some emoticons. Even more serious–lots of job applications these days require you to describe yourself in a certain number of words. And what about meeting someone in public that you’ve never seen before? How would you tell them who to look for if you’re shy about describing yourself?

If I am on a job interview and the employer asked me to describe myself definitely I say all the positive things about myself like I am an energetic person who can do multi-tasking at any given time, I can work with a lot of different people and I can deal with them even if they have different attitudes. I am a friendly-person. I can work individually with minimal supervision and I can also work in a team. I am hardworking and loyal to my job. But if it's online, like describing myself to a new friend, then I'll just say I am nice.

I'll describe myself as a positive person, though i also have disadvantages but i'd like to learn to be better person.I'm shy sometimes especially to people that i don't familiar with, this has been hard for me to better communicate. But i hope my life can be better through my efforts,i have goals overall.

whenever someone ask me to describe myself, I would stand up in front of them and say "judge me", but if its in online, i would send a picture or use my picture as the profile picture in my account and tell them, "this is me, i'm not perfect but i'm happy with myself"

whenever anybody asked me how do you look? I have replied the most ugly and horror thing that you can imagine... could you imagine that? then yes, that is me
