The only difference between a 'conspiracy theory' and public acknowledgment of a fact is who reports it. Sad.
I remember when drones were a conspiracy theory. Everyone said they either didn't exist or that they would never be used in America. Even the White House.
(WASHINGTON TIMES) Robert Gibbs, President Obama’s former press secretary, said during a Sunday television talk show appearance that he was told to deny the existence of the United States’ drone program when he first came on board the administration.
“When I went through the process of becoming press secretary, one of the first things they told me was, you’re not even to acknowledge the drone program,” he said on Sunday’s MSNBC’s “Up With Chris Hayes,” as Politico reports. “You’re not even to discuss that it exists.”

So, do you believe an administration that would LIE about something like this, and THEN use those drones they denied existed to KILL two American citizens without due process (remember Obama ALSO said he was against Gitmo and torture?) How much worse is the killing of innocent American teen because of what his father was?

Throughout history our government has hid things from us for our own good. But this administration takes the cake. Obama blames Bush for things while he is doing the same thing. Talks about Bush invading privacy while Obama takes it further. It still amazes me at the people that still believe in him. I see people on a daily basis that will still spout the crap that Obama puts out there. Word for word what the MSM wants you to believe.
Here is a lot of the problem. The press pool bytches and moans about no access to the president. They finally get access and the very first question is who won the golf game between him and Tiger. WTF??? Nothing about Benghazi, nothing about the budget, nothing about jobs. The mainstream media is propagating this crap and the American people should be ashamed for allowing this to come to pass.

Of course I don't believe this administration, for that and other reasons. Isn't it strange (not really) how so many "conspiracy theories" have turned out to be true? Kinda scary, considering all the things making the rounds out there.
I must say that I have a lot more respect for Robert Gibbs now than I did when he was the press secretary.

What is even stanger is no outcry or indignation from mainstream media...only alternative media, the ones we're not suppose to think of as real journalists.

I think a few liberals who have seen up close and personal, what Obama is all about...are rethinking their part in it all. Gibbs seems to be one of those.

People don't realize or rather are willingly closing their eyes to the fact that a biased press is not a free press and top that off with willing to close their eyes to just what a danger toward tyranny that is.. How will the future look back on these opinions/willingnesses of today?

It's because they were taught in the government run schools from textbooks rewritten to reflect the new narrative. They REALLY don't know America's true history.

I had not heard this bit of news but I'm not surprised. The minute candidate Obama swore that his would be the most transparent administration in history, I had a feeling there would be a LOT of secrets. I'm sure there are dozens of things the American people have a right to know but that we'll find out only in years to come, if at all. This has been the most secretive WH that I can remember so far, run by a man who thinks he's a ruler rather than president.

It just amazes me that half the country is so blind.
