In a matter of a few weeks we will be getting our income tax money. And we will be buying a new car. We need 2 cars. With my work schedule and my hubbies work schedule. We need another car. He always has to take the bus to work and have people drop him home and it is just wasting money, with giving people gas money. He gives them 5 dollars every time they bring him home. And that is like 5 days a week so its 25 dollars all together, spending on getting people to bring him home. So, I am very excited with the amount of money we will be getting and plus we are saving a little bit more money and with the money we have we will be buying a car. Which will be great. I so cannot wait. My husband is going to let me pick out the car that I'd like. And he's going to let me drive around the new car, while he drives around the old car. I'm really excited. There is two cars I already saw on a car lot that I like. I hope they are still there when our income tax comes in.

When I was working and paying taxes I would really look forward to tax time. I would get my w-2's and get right into H&R Block and get my taxes done. Then I would even pay the extra to get my check the very next day. It was great! Then I would pay afew bills and we would go out and have a nice dinner. It was nice to have some extra money for a while. Didn't ever last but it was nice.

We always did that before in past couple of years. Do some shopping, eat real good lol. You are so right, the money never lasted. This time we were like okay, we can get a car with this money. So, now we get to spend it on something nice. I'm really excited.

I hope those cars are still there. If the gas prices do not go up, I think having a car would be cheaper then your husband having to pay five dollars for a ride each way, and that would be on a five day week twenty-five dollars and more if he works six days a week - thirty. And I suppose the bus fares keep going up each year. So when you consider what it costs to fill up a car it is cheaper unless he has to travel a long way.
