How to heal a broken heart?

any tips or opinion about this matter? because its always asking by many everytime their heart is broken. for me,its only yourself who can help to lessen the pain in your heart but the advice of friends,family and relatives can help sometimes.

Dear Danix, as per my experience, you can forget his/her name or face from your heart. one way you can destroy every thing you have which is related to his/her. then cut pic of that related one in small piece and spit in toilet thanks Sunil
