Here's what worked for me. I started eating better (lean cuisines are surprisingly good!), exercising, and keeping track of absolutely everything I ate and did. I lost about 25 pounds in 5 months. Not terribly fast, but the first 20 came off in 3 months and then I stopped really trying. 1) excercise consistently (don't over work out, once u stop one day, u get plump much faster) 2) drink much more water. (~2 to 2.5 litre per day) over dose will harm u too, bcareful. 3) Control your diet (beware of anorexia nervosaa as well) 4) Sleep less (sleep for 6 ~ 7 hr is ok)

If you really want to loose weight go on a protein shake diet. You can get it at your local GNC. From what i've experienced its one of the best ways!! Hope that helps.

There are many things you can do to get you started down the right path. Keep a food journal of what you eat each day and count up the calories/fat content/etc so you can see what your problem areas are. Drink lots of water. Remove the temptations from your environment. Don't eat for at least 3 hours before you go to bed. Make sure you have plenty of easy access healthy snacks available like pretzels, carrot sticks, celery, cucumbers, apple slices, low fat yogurt, low fat cheese, rice cakes, etc. Make wise choices when eating out at restaurants. Pick grilled choices and fresh salads, steamed veggies. Get your dressings and butter on the side so you can control how much is being applied to your food. Find a type of exercise that you enjoy. It is also very helpful to find a "buddy" to help keep you on track. I hope some of these ideas will help. You may also want to seek any advice from your local doctor that may be relevant to any health issues you have before beginning your diet and/or exercise regimen.

fruit  -  Fruit is a good snack food It is also a good diet food
to loose weight. The best way is to change your eating habits. Replace all junk food with fruits and vegetables. Fruits and Raw veggies make great snacks and you can eat pretty much all you want. Stay away from sugar as much as possible. Also stay away from the processed foods. They have a lot of sugar and salt. Almost every canned food has sugar add to it. Learn all the names of the sugar added to the foods. Eat like a king in the morning a prince at noon and a pauper in the evening. In other words eat a very large breakfast a medium size lunch and very little for supper. Drink lots of water. If you don't like water add some lemon juice or unsugared kool ade to the water. and get some exercise. walking for 30 min a day even walking for 10 min at a time is good

try first a dietist. make exercise every day(walking, running, jogging....), eat at least 6 times a day.... Since March/2006 I lost 15kg! It's so goooooddddd to ware "old" skirts and trousers!!!! :)))) donnot forget to ask for help from a professional. Bye... good luck

exercise three times a week (cardio and wieghts) eat every three hours healthy foods...try to limit breadsa and sugar. Drink alot of water

hey try swimming 4 swimming i love swimming.... it is the coolest exersise cozz we dont swet while swimming
