I am wondering why my lot keeps discussions without responses. They keep them no matter how long it has been and still no response. I have seen some that were 5 months old and never had any responses. Why does no one respond after such a long time and why does my lot keep them even after 5 months or a yr. Just delete them since obviously no one after that much time is going to answer them. I don't see the point if after 5 months or a yr nobody has responded to keeping them.

Well some people not respond cause maybe they not understand on the topic or could be they are not interested on the topic or well maybe have no answer for the topic and why keep them? of course don't want to have clash topic with someone that will bring the same topic coming and 5 years topic could be get answer on just few minutes if they use search option correctly xD

There is a point in keeping the discussions in mylot. Even if there are no responses. First people can and will still be able to search for these discussions and reply to them. I do. Usually if I am browsing topics of interest to me even if the discussion was more than a year ago I would not mind responding to them. Next is I think an important thing to consider as well, and it is about your payouts. Discussions created in mylot is paid out already.and if mylot deletes these discussions then we will see changes in our earnings. I have thought about this already and don't it make any sense that your account was credited an amount years before for a discussion you created only to be debited years later only because we asked mylot to remove the discussions with no replies. For me that does not make sense. And I wouldn't want that happening on my account.

your guess is as good as mine. some of us go look at the no response tab to see if theres something we can respond on. i seldom do as i have many friends to get to. some mentions that they have no response on one now and then and get a response. cant remember how its done. but if you do it right, you might get one

If there are any discussions with zero responses, it is because they aren't interesting enough, that pekple want to respons yo them. As long as anh discussiln doesn't violare the rules, then mylot won't deldte them. You never know, but some people might respond in time. There are discussions several years old, that will get responses to them. I have responded to old ones mysf, az long as they are interesing enougb, a d I have somethinv to say. Take care.

Suppose that same my lotter who had got no responses write another discussion that have garner a lot of responses because of its quality. Some one might want to visit his profile to get an idea about it. He may go through his all discussion and accidently see that he got no response in one of the discussion and try to read that. Eventually he may get a response after six months.

i think mylot never delete the discussion unless the post is under violation i think also thatits happen if your post is not interesting, or the post cant understand the message what you are trying to say, or the post is nonsense. but all the discussion even with no response can have a response as long as mylot time keeps running.. only my opinion.

I started a discussion a couple days ago called "Does anyone have a Bengal Cat?" and no one has yet responded. Maybe 5 years from now someone with a Bengal cat will join mylot and respond, Lol!

I'm actually glad that they don't delete these old post especially some that don't have no responses on them. Someone may be interested in them after all those years and want to respond. Why not keep them around? And that same person may still be looking for an answer after all these years. or maybe notBut still. I'm glad they don't delete them and I hope they never do.

I believe that everything that is written on mylot will remain on the site for as long as the site is active. The one exception to that which I can think of is those discussions that people have started that do violate the terms of use of the site. One of the reasons that I think that these old discussions with no response remain on the site is because there could be someone that will come on months down the line that will be able to actively respond to the subject that had never been undertaken in the past.

I guess, Mylot would still want people to somehow make time and respond to the discussion. Sometimes, there are really worthwhile discussions but it so happens that there are other great discussions that was posted at the same time and had more participants. So sometimes, since discussion are posted one after the other, some discussions are left in the bottom.

I am glad they do keep them around because there are some that I have responded to from a while ago that I just plain did not notice before...

Hi there ! They will never delete a quality post because might be because we are so many here this certain post might be overlooked . It might be also that the one who owned that discussion was new here , so wasn't given attention or it got less friends . No worries for the owner of the post, Mylot will it it stay here , it won't be vanished or deleted.

I come across a lot of discussions, that are old discussions, and if the discussion is interesting, I comment on it, I find these discussion interesting, no matter how old they are.

I think a lot of things that affect people or other members did not respond to the discussion. one that they do not understand (one translator) or they are too confused to respond to the topic.
