I once worked on a cruise ship. We stay on board for 7++ months. Worked for about 11++ hours in the contract. But there's a consolation for those hard work, the experience to explore the world for free. But during those months their are factors and issues to be faced one is temptation. What more if you work land based. How can they overcome things without compromising anything?

To stay out of trouble, always think of the reason why you ever had to work and for who do you offer those hours that you sacrificed working. I do think that if you constantly remind yourself the more important things you need to do, then you are sure to head on a straighter path.
