I won't go down to the level of this restaurant owner or owners, I don't even think they deserve our attention and I don't even have plans of eating there anyway, bet you it's all.... How can they make their cooking good when they have hate in their hearts? I know best cooking comes out when you are in a good mood, cheerful and having a pure heart, at least that's what my mom taught me and she cooked the best foods i have tasted in my life

I protest : my mom was cooking the best foods I tasted.
I think it is true that the food is better when you cook in a good mood. And I think that it is stupid for a restaurant to refuse money from tourists just because there is a conflict with their country : this guy is too interested by politics to be a good restaurant owner.

ok our moms, the guy should run for public office but then again there are no free elections there so maybe he got frustrated. If you refuse honest money, you will never be a good businessman and no business whatever you put up will ever succeed , not unless you have something that only you have in the whole world and in great demand. This is pure hate, I would not judge people as a group but would judge them individually when i know them better, irregardless of race , creed, political leaning etc..etc...this guy seems to have prejudice on the whole canine race

Hello MHernandez, It's their lost, that's just one way of having a negative effects of nationalism in the country. but this is not new, I've seen it also several posters like this youtube about Japan establishments or bars that doesn't want filipinos except if they are accompanied by japanese people which is either their associates or friends. the filipino people should avoid doing this in the future. that's why we could be a role model since we follow mostly the western beliefs.

Actually , sometimes, it's the media who makes things complicated,,, they exaggerate things , so people would really react,,, I wish media will also be careful to what they write,,, I understand it's their job...
but anyway,,, I pray that this will be resolved!

I don't think they would, that's their business of reporting, they want the people to react. regardless if the situation goes worse, they will just report but leave it the diplomatic core.but if they are told to what to write it won't be free and responsible journalism anymore, it will be just propaganda.
it's up to us on how we take the news. besides exaggeration, they also tend to be Bias

Readteha rticle and was midlyamused. Guess the Forbidden City. won't be on my tourist picks when I have the chance to travel.
To answer your qustion, thry won't stop until they get want. A somehwat similar trait to humans, government can also get greedy and turns itselfout fo control. They can believe what they want but there are more complications becuase we are talking coutnries here. There is a tihn line between diplomacy and warfare.
Besides, I bet my dog deserves better than the food served in there.

i saw this news. well it's their prerogative if they will not allow any nationality to enter their restaurant. i'm just a big offended because they put "dogs". does that mean they consider us in the level of "dogs".

Yes I've heard that news and it's a bit frustrating. But what can you expect with those kind of people with brains so narrow, even a needle won't fit in. Goes to show the world today is going downhill.
