Hi there mylotters..
I have a story to share,
I'm on night shift yesterday together with our head nurse and with another staff. During the medication time, I prepare the medicine and give it to patients. When I came back, nobody is in the station, I was looking for our head nurse because I have a question to ask regarding a patients request. So I start looking for him, I did not notice that my partner is also missing, I did'nt mind her because my focus was to find our head nurse, then suddenly when I reach at the end of the ward, i heard some squeaking noise, then poof, I saw them banging with each other on the top of a table. I saw them but they did'nt saw me, when they came back to the station, I'm a little bit tense and restless because of what I saw. I don't know what to do because that scneario happens maybe a week ago and the witness nurse tell our Supervisor and the involve person got this report from our head that they will be terminated from work, but they're still on process upto now.
So mylotters, what will I do? 2 staffs carreer is at risk. I'm thinking not to tell but maybe there are some other witnesses that saw the thing they did and get me involved to it.

Maybe you should tell the real story.. so that it when the punishment is granted, it would be a lesson for every worker there.
But don't worry, from the start that they do it, they do know it's consequence so just be tough. Maybe it must be told to everyone to increase avoidance of defying the work policy.

Hi there..
Thanks for the advice. Yes, I will tell our supervisor about the issue, I think about this many times. You're right, they should know the consequences of their actions.
Thank you again for the advice, it helps a lot.
Good day. God bless.
