Do hot flashes keep you from enjoying a hot tub?

We are going to some friends for the weekend and another friend of ours talked to me last night and was saying what are we going to do all weekend. I didn't know but I told her we could enjoy the hot tub. She said she wouldn't because with hot flashes she could only be in there a few minutes. Now this could lead to her not enjoying the things we all plan to do. I guess I had not thought about that and really have no solution to it. Not sure there is a way to help her enjoy the hot tub. It is really cold outside so I would think that would help. The other part is the fact that I don't want her to feel left out either. I am pretty sure our hostess was thinking that us ladies could sip some wine while in the hot tub and just enjoy chatting but that would leave one of us out. It is too cold for her to sit outside of the hot tub and talk to us. Not sure what to do in this case. I was really looking forward to it too. Any suggestions?
