Is Leadership skill is that important?

So I just watched an advertisement of one brand of baby milk. While promoting their product they stated that with their product the kids will be smart, etc (typical in the advertisement) and what got me wondering, it also stated leadership skills.
Well, I don't want to discuss about advertisement actually, but with that I just have a conclusion that is this world just valued that extraverted skills such as leadership skills, I mean not all kids born with same natural talents...There are people who are not cut to be a leader but have a wonderful talent in something else, like art, music, and different personlity like emphathy or gentleness....so why it seems that the world put that much values on only extraverted skills like that.

Hi,
You are right. Everyone has different talents. and every talent is important. Leadership skill is also important because who has leadership skill has confidence, intelligence, attraction power, communication skill etc. The person who has leadership skill become famous and everyone gives him importance.

I agree with you my dear friend different people different talent everybody's talent is important. The person should have leadership skill if he is working as leader or boss. The most important skill is communication skill because if anyone has this means he/she can expand their business.

Yeah, having it will be a very advantage. Although I think everyone born with different talents and gifts.

Without leadership nothing would be possible from big companys to Goverments

Yeah of course its important you can have better communication with others be more openly to others being a good listener as well as the person next to you.....
Leadership is something people need without it we wouldn't have companys jobs or even government. Therefore leadership is a way to get to know people and have success in it as well.

Yes, but I do think not everyone have such talents. You see, not everyone born to be a leader. Although, yes....have leadership skills are important and so are many other skills.

I guess it is because it is one positive point that everyone aspires to have. And that specific skill will enable a person to be out in the world , meeting new people and doing a wonderful job with the way he treats people.
