I have tried everything... nothing works. My email inbox gets too full of all the notifications of myLot. I do a lot of other work, and must always search through myLot notifications. When I go to myLot each day, I do look at what my friends are saying and try to get involved in the discussions, so I do not need the notifications. I have made sure that I have selecetd NO notifications in my preference option. Help me?

Have you tried, checking it again on your Mylot account? If still you are receiving them, maybe you ought to make a new email add and link it to your Mylot account. Just check if you will still be receiving those notifications on that email address. IF still you're getting them, send a message to Mylot about your problem.

Thanx jenny1015. Have a look at what FTL has told me. I think he is a very clever one...

Well, yeah! That could be a big help. You can also manually disable notifications from several of your friends.

I have done just that! Now I do not fear that full inbox anymore. I rather come to myLot and look at what discussions my friends has started and then respond to it.

Just take it easy. Read it carefully and then try to avoid that mistake. Don't worry, it happens with new members in mylot, with the time you will have more experiences and you won't receive any notifications. Good luck!

hi dee777 my son set my e mail up into folders so that one folder gets only the notifications and that has helped me . If I get way behind I will delete a lot of notifications and then work from the tabs again if necessary .

Thank you Hatley. FTL helped me with this difficult one. Perhaps you can also take a look?

Divert them as spam mail and the notifications will not flood your inbox, just occasionally check your spam mail if you want to see what is happening at MyLot
