I just witnessed one funny scenario while I was in the office of one of the government offices in my locality. It was a very busy afternoon, while everyone were busy with their own transaction , Dominic Roque ( Philippine young star of afternoon show ariana) and company entered into that office unnoticed , and that scenario was so funny because the crowd goes wild after realizing that it was dominic roque.
I am not expecting such kind of reaction because most of them are fairly matured people and I am thinking that time that they may not like dominic since the usual fans of dominic are teenagers, but I was wrong.. even those old ones goes wild.. lol.. funny but happy seeing them enjoying..
Did you experience that guys? What did you feel after seeing your favorite actor?
please share!

Haha I can almost picture that scenario in my mind. I used to work in a government office as well, and one time Bobby Andrews and Polo Ravales went there for some business permits and papers that they need to sign. I think they bought some properties and are putting up a business in our municipality. OMG, everyone went there to have their pictures taken and all, lol! That was during the time that Bobby Andrews have an on-going program in channel 2.
Once I saw John Lloyd Cruz at Makati and I have my phone out to take his picture. We can;t help yelling because he's so cute and he's so friendly and game with the fans. After that, I found out that I wasn't able to take any picture of him because I'm too busy yelling.

oh i'm a fan of john lloyd cruz. i would have reacted that way, too if i randomly see him in a mall.
i remember i attended a mall show of sarah geronimo and john lloyd cruz for the promo of their movie you changed my life. it's a little bit organized so there really was no stampede or problems with crowd control. but you can really hear the screaming fo the rabid fans. can't blame them though.

This is really funny. I can imagine how those fairly mature ones giggled over a teenage celebrity :D I don't know much about Dominic because I do not watch that show but I've been hearing that their team up is being loved by teenage fans.
I saw my favorite actor Jeremy (Bourne Legacy) during their shoot in Marikina City. Felt happy but never became "wild" hahaha

My reaction would be much different because to me that's like getting crazy over seeing my neighbor at the gas station. "OMG its RICK Everybody!. My LEFT DOOR NEIGHBOR RICK!" I mean.. really?
I tend to be a little less outwardly expressive when excited about something anyway.

Hi ! Even adult idolizes favorite stars. Actually it is not really a matter of age. Celebrities have strong impact to all age levels , more so if you are that famous , having a good image and having a daily television show. I too experienced that one but not to an actors but to the Superstar football players. It is so nice to scream and clap for your favorite in the filed. It made us unwind.!

If I see some celebrity I also can't help myself but to look.. before I have seen a lot of shooting in our area and people including me just watch and waiting for the chance to see them upclose.. and when I was working before I also have seen many celebrties shopping because I worked in a mall before and when we see a celebrity we became so excited and giggling a lot specially if it is a handsome celebrity.,

it always fascinates me how fans can go as far as the sight of their idols. the illusion of stardom that media has successfully created in its viewers is wgat consumes the imagination of many people including matured and educated people. but the effect is much more pronounced in the lowly educated and poor audience, studies show.

Something similar to that happened to me. I was in 7/11 convenient store in Jakarta and getting ready to pay for my drink. Suddenly all the cashiers and other employees turned their attention to this one teenager who just walked in the store. I had no idea who he was, but apparently he was some local celebrity, a singer or TV star or something like that. The cashier completely ignored me as she was too busy asking the star to take picture with her...
