because of the responsibilities daily at home. upon waking up, i need to immediately to prepare a lot of things. it is like i should make sure that i am doing it on time. just to make sure they know I am doing my work at home, I would need to say out loud things i am planning to do although I am not talking to any one but just to make sure that they would know and hear it. like I would say, " It is time for the medicine, I am preparing it right now, because I would need to give it and I would to do this after giving medicine, then it is time for taking a bath, then maybe it is time to buy something on the market. " and then I would add " I would wash my clothes later, I am just doing so many things now that is why I am not able to wash it right now. I would surely throw the thrash when the garbage truck already on the street. Oh I would clean the front yard and etc. "
That is what I do daily because I just feel that I am being watched to always do it. Or else I would hear again so many shouting if they are not sure I would do them.

Hi, who are those people shouting at you to do those things?

Are you a household employer? I don't understand why do they have to shout at you to do things. If you're a housewife, there's no reason for them to shout at you, because you're actually doing them a favor.

every day , that is why I do try to just lock myself in my room when I am done with my responsibilities just to have some space. not that i don't want to be closed or talk to them , but some small talk would always lead to arguments. So i rather not talk.

Really? That would be annoying, to have somebody constantly watching and monitoring whatever you do or supposed to do. I also like to talk to myself sometimes and say something to no one in particular when I am trying to remember stuff and I am sorting out the things that I should do. So it is not uncommon for those close to me to hear me saying, "I have to check the oil in my car tomorrow", or "My coat needs washing", or something like "Is it twice baked potato or simply mashed potato?" I know it's weird, but hey, that's how I roll.
