hi to all well, we see Nano technology & Robotics Tech is high in demand now a days, usually Tech news "Robots are Humans future now" according to me the idea of Robots is ok & fine when you thinks??? "we use them for saving peoples from the Burning buildings, or In earth quakes robots works & useful more than humans, robots also useful to some chemicals industries, but did you know the exact idea behind the robots??? I heard some peoples want to control the world using "Nano Technology" they actually want to wipes off humanity & makes the world robotic, for me I don't agree on this, well I don't know you likes to read fictions or not, but for me I read some fictions on robots & reality is horrible if its happens, I wish If Humans Makes robots they are for positive purpose not for negatives what you say??? have a nice day???

Sorry I thought it said ROBERTS Are the future I was about to agree. I think robots are over rated. I think in future, we will be dealing with a self aware internet and computers that actually think

for me i will not agree with robots, though robots are the future,it still have advantages and disadvantage that will affect the life style of human being,if there are robots, life could be easily in terms of work, but the disadvantage of it it will lessen the man power and will result to unemployment.

We already have a lot of things done by robotic technology, I'm fine with that. I do think robots are coming, even the android (human looking robots) will be a good thing. Sure, there is always a possibility of them being misused, but one can hope they won't. So long as they follow Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics we should be good. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Laws_of_Robotics

Robots can be very useful. The hospitals in my hometown use them in their operation rooms, but the idea of wiping out humans and replacing them with robots is too crazy.

Actual robot was originally not a discipline, but from the desire of the scientist and the author of the novel Life and drama at the XVIII century. Biological scientists then wanted to make a new living creature with the characteristics they want. However, it never materialized and just be a fictional story that developed at that time. Maybe this year, or 10 years have created a robot that is actually very sophisticated at all. Robots are also used for purposes that are very helpful people. In Japan, robots are used as domestic servants, office secretary, there are even a rental bike storage using a robot. In New Zealand there are robots that band, and even issued a debut single.

Hello Tushavi! I can get amazed with how far we have come wih technology but I also feel strange about it. I don't like how most technology makes us so very lazy and stupid. Of course a lot can be fun and helpful but there are heaps of disadvanages too and the very first I can think of is how in some stores over here, instead of hiring people, there have self serving registers. Yes it is a good idea but it is cutting people's chances of getting a job. That is just one of the examples that annoys me. Happy MyLotting. ~AussieGal~

I think that it is good idea to use robots in some situations for instance in situations where they perform tasks that would be dangerous for humans. My country some of the people who work in healthcare have one than one task. They help the clients with things related to healthcare and they also clean people's homes. Today some of the cities have introduced robotic vacuum cleaners. That way the employees are able to visit the clients less than before and the healthcare team saves money that way. Unfortunately the robotic vacuum cleaners aren't that great (yet?) and they often break down.

Hi, Machines taking over humans or causing the extinction of the human race is a farfetched idea, maybe the stuff of science fiction. A created cannot be above the creator, such is the principle of robotics. Even if they know how to press the button, humans are still way ahead of them when push comes to shove.

Nowadays technologies are fast developing, there are new developments about robots, even some people are getting married with robots. But i still think that it couln't instead of people cuz it can't think the same way as human did.So i'm looking to see more surprises from that.lol, who knows.

There is always good and bad side of everything.Robots will replace people in dangerous jobs where people get injured or even die very often and this is the good side. But, there will be less and less jobs for people.I wonder what solution they will find for that. There are some prophecies about humans turning into robots.I don't want to see that happening.I like human beings and I don't want to see them becoming non-human.

There is no doubt that nano technology is going to bring about a revolution in the history of human race.I view it as a double edged knife that cuts both sides.Remember the time when we had invented nuclear technology. It was a great technology, but how do we use it now.Our nuclear arsenal has brought our race on the verge of extinction. Our track record does not leave us assured that we are going to use the nano technology for human welfare. It is rather more likely to be used as a new weapon with which to kill our own race.

Hi, You are right. Robots can not take the place f humans. They cn be very helpful for man because they do their work with accuracy. But if robots are used in each and every field then problem of unemployment will arise. Everything has positive and negative sides.
