Liberty Reserve need help!!

I created A LR account some days ago and they gave me login password and account no. The registration only completes if we login once as per them .So i tried to login with their id and pass . But despite of no. of attempts its not opening . I tried contacting them but no reply. Has anyone faced similar problem? Can anyone suggest a solution for it as what can be done please..

I tried to open an account but I wasnt able to activate my account since I couldnt remember the password. I also contacted them but they didnt send a reply and its been a week since I created an account. All I had to do was make another account with another email add.
