When things doesn't go my way I usually treat it as a challenge so I can cope up with it, but recently I wasn't able to convince myself that I can go and face this current situation that I have. I'm out of ideas on how to accept and love my current situation so I'm seeking others thought and best practices in life.

Often no matter how we try to plan and be ready for any thing, it would just so happen that we can not control and would sometimes feel that things are going off key. Whenever this happens to me I would also just try to see if there is anything else I can do to try to give or put me back on track. Usually I try to have a back up plan but if it doesn't work I would take a leave and sit back and look into whatever it is again so I won't be further drawn down to the situation.

I am going crazy for a while... sure, who is not disappointed when the plan was not run smoothly. But life must have second plan to do. Do not let yourself without second or third plan. If you currently in such bizarre situation, come on! life is a struggle, nothing can be attained so easily. Sometime we stand at top but as wheel rotating we might go down. Look at others that still struggle at the bottom and value your life. It sounds theoretically.. but practical thing come from a theory.

When things didn't go my way, I pause back and make a list of the things that I want to happen. And then I list down the reasons why I think it never happened and beside what I could have done to prevent the problems that have risen. And then I will list yet again the lessons I have learned and the things that I currently have and accomplished despite it. After much deliberation, I will end up thinking that I am so much better than when I first started afterall and even though I didn't get what I want, I did not go home totally empty handed. That is enough to cheer me up and pick up my spirits to try again and do better next time.
