Wil Revillame on national TV : Ethel and other are an unprofessional ...

its not new to see it from will revillame. he has this attitude of praising him self... too much pride... and because of that he tends not to show respect from the others. he is acting in that manner, then he expects them to be respectful to him and to his show. duhh.. im sorry but im really againts this man. I don't hate him... I just don't like his attitude.

I think they are all unprofessional. I mean, yes he may be the producer and the boss of the two and they may not have the right to complain - but they do have the right to complain, they didn't complain on national television. He scolded them and made the issue known to the public. Now, who's unprofessional? His ranting is uncalled for, he humiliated the two for questioning his decision. Producers aren't perfect, they need opinions of others. I think Willie is full of air and thinks that everything is revolving around him. He claims it's just for fun - nothing personal, but the way he ranted the two out on national television just shows that everything is personal for him. Tsk tsk.. We're wasting airtime. ehehe.. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Willie is still his old self, arrogant and full of it. He may be a businessman but he doesn't have any business ethics. Heck, he doesn't even have social ethics. I wouldn't want to work under a person whose every word is law even if he gives me a six-digit salary. That wouldn't be a healthy environment.

I just saw this video of Willie a few days ago and I would like to share a piece of my mind regarding this. What really saddened me more than the rude and arrogant rantings of Willie was how the audience reacted to his arrogant self-centeredness. The audience even cheered and applauded him while he berated Ethel and Ate Gay. I think it is simply not right to humiliate anyone in public, more so on national television. And yes, even if they did us wrong.

I'm not really a fan of Willie, in fact I don't know that he is good with drums as what I've heard. Even his songs which he proudly says are always included in the crowds favorite. What's his basis, I think almost all his songs are for giveaways. About the unprofessionalism and ungratefullness he tags on the two in public television, I think he is the one to be branded as that for what he did in TV.

i have just watched the episode through your given link. What i can say is that Willie has gone too far in bringing up what the two have done on national television. He wants everybody to know that he call the shots, so that others can be warned that he is not just a somebody that you can complain of. He said that two are unprofessional , but it's him who is the most unprofessional for doing that on TV for the whole world to know.

I think even if they are in the business of TV shows, reprimands should still be done in private. Willie Revillame has not changed, he is still full of air Money really cannot by class nor professionalism.

As part of Willie he was right. All of his gimmick like giving a price to the girls is for the shows. Ethel not to complain if she was not the one to win the price. As part of Willie he should not announced it to the public. He must talk to Ethel privately. Willie afraid to Ethel that she would reveal it to the press so Willie announced what had happened right after they talked in the dressing room. He should wait if Ethel would reveal it to the public and if she did it then that is the right time to defend himself.

I am not a fan of Willie. With him being the producer of the show, he has every right, indeed, to warn or scold the talents of his show. But I think he goes over board most of the time with his reactions. And you are right, he shouldn't have announced it that way.

Hi, I am not a fan of Willie and for all artists anyway, he could rant and rave for all its worth, my life goes on anyway. The way I see it, their show does not do much to the lot of most Filipinos, they just feed them garbage to make them forget what they have for lunch or dinner while they bask in the limelight of adoring fans they have fooled to believe they are the brightest, the most beautiful and famous. For all its worth, they could fool most but not me, I don't care if their rating go to the dumps, they should belong there, and if they do, I would be making a grand celebration out of it.

I never watched he's shows since he left ABS, even then I had never been interested , to be really honest with you guys i do not know what the sh$# all these is about, what I know is as long as there is Willy, there will always be controversies, for me people who make it big are always followed by intrigue that sometimes i can no longer tell if it's for real or just another publicity stunt, with all honesty. i think he's anger is for real, but being boss, I do not think it's proper to bring out the problem in public especially in a show that he dominates

For me, Willie is mindless, too proud of himself, and a true phony. He acts as if he's the boss of everyone and is having too much of himself. He's conceited and is trying to deceive the viewers of his show into thinking that he's this kind and generous "saint" who cares for everybody. But as we can see, he not only embarrassed his co-hosts/workers on set and live but also bragged about the show being his, him being the boss, and such because he produced it because of his filthy money. I don't really quite get it why he still has a lot of fans and viewers of his show and how these people are still believing in Willie. My opinion is that Willie should change. He must learn to be professional, down to earth and lessen his being full of air a little. Also he should quit being a phony and make drama acts in his show because its disgusting and what he's doing about deceiving people to generate more income is unacceptable.

Just saw the video now from the link you attached because I am not a great fan of Willy. The fact is I don't watch the show even during those occasions when my neighbors were the contestants. Willy has always been controversial but as an employer as he claims to be, he has no right to announce in public whatever his opinions are regarding the two. This is the reason why there is a always an HR or Admin to reprimand employees when they misbehave. As for "utang na loob", if Ethel and Ate Gay owe him a debt of gratitude does it mean they lose their right to complain? While it is true that Willie is trying to save the career of Ethel and Ate Gay, he should have done the scolding in an office so the two can air their side. On the other hand, this is show business and by being controversial, they catch people's attention. Willie's show has a lot of catching up to do since Eat Bulaga continues to lord it over noontime shows.

i really hate willie for this attitude. can't he just resolve it in the office? ethel and ate gay may have done something wrong but do you really have to shame them on philippine tv? as for the audience, will you clap and cheer blindly for everything he does just because he gives you money?

In my opinion it is Wil Revillame who is unprofessional for he is the producer and I pity Ethel and Others. All acts on screen are with his permissions for there is always a free screening prior to live show. I admired Wil Revillame for his healthy mind on making money and how he used others to his advantage but for me and my opinion his show must be on a peryahan not on television opened to millions of viewers. It was a common knowledged many children are viewing but observed the dressed of some of the host.
