Employees at school using Facebook

Recently, I had an experienced with an employee in our school. I was having trouble with my account because it was blocked by the school. It's because of an amount that hasn't been paid yet last 2009! I was really surprised for I know I have never had any balance of less than P100.00. I all have the receipts and assessment, as well as my clearance forms from 2009 that are enough proof that I don't have any balance to pay from my 2009 account. I was asking is I can print my assessments in 2009. An employee accomodated my request but printed the wrong one. She printed the one that I already have, this semester! I was asking for 2009. On to find out that she's busy browsing her facebook account and never really helped me with my concerns. And the bad thing about it is that after printing the wrong assessment, she immediately closed the windows since its already there closing time. Maybe it's because she noticed that I knew she gave me the wrong assessment and did not want me to bother her with checking her facebook. I am very disappointed of had happened.
