hi there. i think that many people,like 80 % of the world's population is wondering how to lose weight fast. so i decided to post my way of losing weight,like 10 pounds in a week. so .. here they are some helping facts ^^
if you want to lose weight ,you're not alone.almost half of the Americans are trying to lose weight at any given time.while there are many things you can do to shed pounds,losing weight too quickly can be dangerous. but if you're determined to drop several pounds quickly,there are some techniques and tips you can adopt to help you reach your short-term goals. :)
BICYCLING (the way i did it)
calories burnt:500-1000 cal/hr
depending on how fast you go,this can be a real calorie burner.riding outside is always enjoyable,but you're a little more time restricted,invest in a good quality exercice bike. this is my favourite calorie burner because it's so easy to do :)how about riding while wayching the TV?i find that cycling through Eastenders keeps me distracted,but workind hard at the same time.in case you prefer to ride ourside,make sure you won't get hit by a car. it almost happenned to me :-s.
another way is cleaning the house. yes,you read it wright.
calories burnt: 300/hr
Talk about multi-tasking!Get you house tidy and burn calories,all at the same time!
push the vacuum and dust with gusto,and if you're feeling sluggish about sweeping,turn on your favourite tunes and add some dance !You'll burn about 300 calories per hour. now i really enjoy cleaning my house. you should try it too. :)
another tip is to drink about 2 l of water( or any liquid) everyday,so that your kindeys will be prepared to eliminate to toxins. what are you waitin for ? get started. if you haven't loss weight like i did,please post it. i have so much more tips ready to share :)

Hello elisa47 this is checkmail and personally myself i won't like to lose anymore weight instead build on more.Earlier me too was fatso but regular walks and few pranayams did helped me to lose weight and tone up mine body.Drink lots of water and eat lots of veggies, do not starve or you would develop fats.Good luck to all mylotters looking for weight loss without deteriorating health, eat good stay fit forever.

II think I don't have to lose weight, haha bacause I'm weighing only 45 kilos and that's underweight for my age.

I think the most important thing is to be consistent. When i choose to care about my weight i work 10 minutes a day for as long as i feel. i will do crunches situps, pushups, and the only thing i bout was 1 dumbell which has multiple weights to attach up to 35 lbs. If i do some of this conssitently for 10 minutes a day and pay attention to my eating habits i can lose 10 lbs at a pace that works for me and i dont work for which is the only way i can stay motivated.
