Hi!
Those discussion are bracketed as unresolved for which the user (host) has not selected any best response. There are many users who post discussions in bulk and do not find time to check the responses, leave aside selecting best response, so there remains many resolved discussions. Even many of my discussions falls in that category because am lazy in finalizing the best response for a discussion.

One can not wait indefinitely.
Best response needed to be finalized among the responses received, else the discussion will always remain 'unresolved'.

Unresolved discussions are those where you have not declared the best response yet. So all those discussions come under that category. It does not really affect your reputation as far as I know but finally choosing a best response may increase your earnings for the day. I am not really sure, but I have observed that when I resolve a few discussions then for that day my earnings are better. And resolving a discussion doesnt mean the end of discussion. The discussion continues to get responses, but you have found your best response and you choose it.

anura read the guidelines and the FAQ's responses are just a pat on the back that is all nobody is affected monetarily by them they have not a thing to do with earning no matter what you observed. If you made more its just a coincidence

As far as I know these unresolved discussions when left 'unresolved" won't affect your earnings, and ratings. of course if the unresolved discussions pile up it is really up to you. :D
These unresolved discussions meant that the topics you created are left without the owners marking or choosing the best response. =)

Unresolved discussions are those that a Best Response hasn't been chosen for yet. Mine are all like that. I just rarely get it done. Not sure if it affects a person's reputation or not. I know it doesn't his earnings. Happy Mylotting.

It just actually means that there are discussions you made that you still have not chosen who had the best response. I don't think that it would affect your reputation or earnings at all.

I think the unspresolved discussions are just discussions you haven't chosen a best response for yet. I dont think it affects you and awarding the best response does not affect you eithe. I'm not sure though as no one knows how mylot pays.

I dont think anyone really knows how the reputations and earnings work or what best responses do, just do your best all the time and ensure quality in your post and you'll be fine, mylot has its ways.

hi maury those are the ones you have not given a best response to and it does not affect earnings or reputations whether you do them or do not do the. I do think its a nice gesture of appreciation to give to a deserving person but it does nt affect reputation or earnings whether you do or do not give a best response. However its a nice pat on the back to the person you give it to, bUt it does not affect your rep tation or star or earnings either.,

Hello Hatley, I rarely select a best response for my discussions because i cant find a response very unique comparatively, i feel all of them has some good points within which i just cant compare, however i do select a best response when i feel someone's response very informative or with unique thought..Its a good news for me, it doesn't have any effect on reputation and earnings, i just find it tough to select a best response..

Dissolving any discussion is not mandatory here. You may give a BR to the response you think is the best, and you may not.Two or three discussions of mine are still lying undissolved.I don't get sufficient time to review all the responses attracted by each of them and give a BR to the ones that deserve it in my opinion. At the same time I feel it is my duty to honor the time and labor of all those who have taken pains to respond to my post.I don't think undissolved discussions have any impact on your rating or reputation.

Unresolved discussions are the ones for which you haven't selected the best response yet. And it doesn't affect your reputation or earning in any way.
