Time flies when having joy in life..........

March 2, 2013 8:47am CST
It was in these ten days that I experienced the meaning of very well known statement ,"Time flies in life when you are having fun and joy." It is no doubt for me that 2012-2013 year still now was the busiest of all the years from my birth as it was the first year of senior secondary school . It was in this year I understood the true meaning of importance of time, and the meaning of hard work. But, once that year finished and I got a vacation of about ten days, it seemed to me as if I was granted the life agaom temporarily to enjoy. Then my days were spent on mylot, playing games, some computer programming, watching cricket..etc that today I am shocked to be known that my holidays will end from tomorrow and I will have one more bloody hard year. Even though I have overfelt the passage of time many times ,but this time it was the most shocking. Today again I am feeling the same stress and worry as I used to feel in the working days. So, my busy routine will start to mark the end of fun routine...

yes that is true that time is really fast when you are in the middle of happiness, fun and joy in life, because time will fly so fast, but when we are alone we will notice that time become slow and and we feel bored for that, busy time will make our time really faster.

That is so true, time seems to just fly when we are happy and the tough phases takes so much time to pass. But I guess it's the way we feel, because when we are happy and joyful, we lose track of time and are actually completely engaged in enjoying life.

Yes,I do strongly agree with you. When we are happy at that only the time will fly that much fast. I too don't know why it is so? The beginning of 2012 was also the happiest moment in life. I don't know how fast it get past. The conditions have changed a lot after that and I am struggling to pass even one day in my life.

i understand your troubles, stresses and hardships in your studies. ive gone through that during my practice teaching. that is why i stopped from working yet because of the time conflict and of being so busy. i need to focus first on my practice teaching. but i know you understand that essence of doing these things. these are for our own good and for our career and future. just relax and take things easy. have focus and determination to do it all. and most of all, pray to God for all of the things in life to happened. thanks for sharing :)

Yes,you are very right.I think it is not just because of the "happiness time",it's more about your concentration on the time. When we are focus on something, time flies! When i was in a boring class,i always waiting for bell rang, but when it's a interesting class,i felt it's so brief. One thing is right,we should make most of our time,no matter having fun or working! Good luck to you!

Time does indeed fly when I am having a very enjoyable and delightfully fun time. A happy vacation means that the time goes by ever so quickly. I love to visit different countries and whether it is a fortnight or a month the time goes ever so quickly. It is lovely when work is satisfying and enjoyable. Though a boring meeting can be stressful. There is much paperwork in teaching outside the hours of actual teaching. Good luck to you in your job.

I agree there, when things are bad the days go slow. When things are great it flies by. Wonder why?

when you say this Im remembering an episode of Mr.Bean. lol. you know the episode where he invites his friends for the new years eve and it turns utter disaster for his friends to spend time with them? and they set the clock to 12am to make sure that they can immeadiately go after the new year song and all. and thats when he says "doesnt time fly when your enjoying?" heheh well yes it does time flies when your enjoying. just take the case of your class time at school and the time of reccess/intervals they seem soo short when we are njoying with our friends and seems too laggy when the lecturers are teaching. 5minutes seems 1hour in class and whereas 5minutes seems 1minute when we are enjoying. we dont keep track of the time when we are enjoying . happy mylotting.! cheers.!
