Hello, Ebay probably us the best internet shop/auction site so you have did right choice. In your place I would not start worry before "thunder". If you bought this mobile phone from seller with high rating then you shouldn't worry. Other thing is how good shipping he offered, because low cost shipments packs usually are damaged. But, don't worry if you have used PayPal as payment method then get guaranteed 45 money back + full support.

Well, you won't know it's defective unless you sign for it and open it. So, if you want it, you must sign. All eBayer's policies are different. Some accept returns, but some don't. If it is not as it is in the description and the seller refuses a refund, you can debate the sale, and possibly be refunded by eBay...if you can prove it. But, honestly, I wouldn't worry about it if the item was bought by an eBayer with a good score --always look at that and review their feedback from other buyers. Personally I have had many a phone purchased on eBay with no problem what-so-ever. Good luck!

You can actually ask the seller about returns before you purchase the item. Per my ebay buying experience, they allow returns as long as the defect is something that has something to do with functionality. As a matter of fact, even though it doesn't have any defect, they still allow you to return the item if you decided that it is not the one that you like provided you pay for shipping charges and some amount shall be deducted from your payment. I forgot what's it called.
