Hi. I am having the same problem but not about jobs. If any of my friends calls me some times i get anger, some times i love to talk with them. My suggestion is to don't be free just keep your self busy. Don't stay alone. Nothing will happen dont worry, Be happy and Stay safe.

i noticed to all your discussion, you are always very emotional.
to be an emotional person is not bad but to be too emotional is dangerous.
and expressing it all to mylot is great because you are able to speak out!
you need to be connected to God.
only God can place understanding in your heart.
and remember, you are a great person.
have you read the book, The Great Controversy and American Role?
i recommend you visit...www.storyfactors.sulit.com.ph

I think that you are an emotional kind of person. You are a lovely person that needs to relax more. You might like to take up a new sport that can make your feel happier. I began dancing lessons that are high energy with exciting up beat music in 2011. I go to them twice a week after this if there is enough time I have a stress removing time in the warm and bubbly jacuzzi. Some people take medication to manage depression and it can be beneficial for them. It could help you to speak to a careers guidance person before you change your job. I believe a day out or a vacation can produce much happiness. Good luck.

Well, if your problem is limited only to the fact they prefer each other sometimes fix job, other times regular job, I believe that in life there are worse things to worry about from.
You think, however, be a depressed person?
I'm telling you because I too have some serious mental problems, such as having to be treated pharmacologically! Instead, my brother is just an example of the chronically depressed. And for this I am very sorry!
Depression is terrible. I hope your case, it is not depression! If so, to me, would mind it!

I too think it is normal to change our minds and attitudes. Every day is different and we get different ideas. There are also advantages and disadvantages with a regular job or flexible so why would we not have conflicting emotions from time to time.
How we deal with our emotions is another thing all together. Wongchoyee you strike me as a person who has desires and works to realise them which is so good, really. Wishing for things better and working towards them will always be a little stressfull. Maybe you need to give yourself a break if you feel unsettled, it is human and saying ok, I understand dear to yourself is one way to solve it. - calling yourself one crazy chick in a laughing manner (but not putting yourself down) wouldn't hurt you either.

Maybe you are finding your work a bit boring or so routinely that is why you long for a change all the time. This happens if you have been doing the same thing for a long time day in and day out. I would usually take a break just to refresh and re-energize. A short break to escape the daily grind can also be healthy as it helps to refocus.

Yeah, I suspect that also, because last time I work as a clerk and the experience not nice one. Boring. Until now, I can't get over the bad feelings, being ill treated.

I honestly don't think that this is something that has anything at all to do with mental problems. Instead, I think the reason that you go from wanting to work with a flexible job to working with a stable job has to do with your mood at the time. There are some times that we get restless with those things that are going on in our lives and that is when we feel like it is time for us to make some kind of change in our lives and that is what I tend to think is something that is going on with you.

Had you been diagnosed as clinically depressed friend? most people needs diversion with their busy life in order to keep sane and not to get depress. I suggest you take an hour or a day off with everything that you do and give yourself a ME time. Do things that you enjoy and that will help you relax. I hope this could help you in a way.

Well, you need to relax and you can try meditation. Meditation can calm your nerves and relieve your stress. Keep yourself busy with something you enjoy to do. Like your hobbies and much more activites that you enjoy. And going together with people that you love and enjoy in their companion may help as well. If you find your work is boring you can try to find something about your job that you like, even a simple things may work.

we have the same problems. and yes depression sometimes can affect it but for ADHD people like me .having this kind of attitude is normal.Even my family and most my friends do have that which is they interpret also as being moody.Even my daughter too or young kids too.You also see some people who have OCD. like collecting of such items since kids till they grow up.I believe we all have different 'mental problem' which is not serious. And those with serious ones of course goes to the mental hospital.

i would think that you need some meditation, separate yourself from the world call job and go for holiday for while to relax all your busy lifestyle. depression is a crap and negative feeling so i can say the only way to solve it is to enjoy it,feel it, feel happy or if not just go holiday and relax first for while ok. no use to stress stress stress but in the end you hurt you mind and body, question what the point of live in this world you can't live happy right?

Know where your mind can be at ease and in what kind of job you can fully function. It's okay to try out different things for you to know what you truly want, but remember that you need to make a choice. Learn to find your true self in your work, because the more detached you are with what you do, the more chances that you'll not enjoy anything at all. It would be best to take your time in looking for a kind of job that you think will give you great satisfaction and wellness at the same time.

I think that people with mental problems don't realize that they are actually having it. If you are experiencing depression, try to divert your thought on happier things rather than focusing on the negative thought. Make yourself busy in doing something that makes you happy. Exercise daily.

Depression or a mental disorder can not be treated by someone posting on mylot.
Claiming you have something without an offical diagnosis is crass.
I suggest you see a doctor - however I suspect that it is "Just your thing" - A personality trait that defines you...

You are in the state of confusion. You still don't know which one you will choose. Weigh in the things that can actually give you the most delight.

Hi Dear, I Don't think you have any type of mental problems. It seems to me you are very creative and having good I.Q. You may like the work which gives you something new experience and basically where you can show your creative skills. You generally and unknowingly put your creative touch whenever you do something in your field/task. If that earns praise you fly in the sky and if get a bit criticism you start thinking badly like changing the job; You are deep thinker. It is the blessing of God. It always happens the person who are creative artist like you (may you not think over it). It is very good in the sense of to create something very special, innovative thought or work. The work you like till you are getting something new in the job.
Another possibility, I don't thing so, If you have an unbound expectation(in the any sense, comparing something or someone) and can't reach up to that and fail; finding new option by changing jobs, thinking ' may I get satisfaction this time' but not and going on the situation.
The easiest way to overcome the problem, take it as a part of life and enjoy your job changing mentality. If you finding creativity in you, 'Do Something Your Own' above all works, give time yourself and enjoy your own time. Have a wonderful time..
