I went to Walmart, and was looking for prices on items. I am working towards the cooking utensils, colander, apple corer, plunger, and rolling pin. The cooking utensils I will buy at the dollar store, and the rest they didn't have. So I will buy from Walmart. I couldn't find the plungers worth my life. I thought or assumed they would be found in the kitchen / bathroom section but couldn't find them.

look in the hardware section where they have bathroom fixtures, scales, toilet seat covers, light bulbs etc. I believe that is where you will find them

Yep, it is usually over near the paints and auto stuff etc. Or you could always ask a worker. Hope you found one.

well i am sure that you can talk or write and it would have been easy to just ask insted of running all over the store most of the time it is in hardware or pluming

This store is horrible, you would spend more time looking for an employee than if you just did it yourself. It took me 30 minute to find an employee, then they had to go find 4 people who knew nothing.

The Walmart stores here keep the plungers in one of the cleaning supply aisles near the dairy section. They have a whole section of brooms and mops hanging up, and the plungers are right under them. I don't think I've ever seen them in the hardware section but I don't spend a lot of time over there...

Maybe, I will look in both places then. I never thought of it being in either spots.

I found mine at Walmart when I first moved here. I didn't want to bring the one from my old house. I found them on the bottom row of stuff where they sell toilet seats and stuff.

Odd, how many see it in different parts of the store. I never thought to look in the hardware, or the cleaning lanes.

Oh, they most definitely do sell plungers at Wal-Mart, but you are looking in the wrong part of the store. The place that you would want to go to look at Wal-Mart to find the plungers is the plumbing section of the store. You will see that the plungers will be right there with the snakes and drain openers and everything like that. Now if you were to look at a typical grocery store for a plunger then you would find them with the kitchen/bathroom items. But in Wal-Mart they are something that is placed with the maintenance type of items.

Hee hee - I had to buy a plunger last month! Ours is "somewhere" in one of the boxes in the garage - we never had to use it yet since we moved. I know everyone already told you look in the hardware section . . . but I'm one of those who don't do one stop shopping. My first thought when we needed it was to go to Lowes or Home Depot (where they would definitely have it). So I went there to specifically get it.
