Personally the best time for me (when I used to exercise) is first thing in the morning. It gets your blood pumping and wakes you up. The endorphins start you off on a good foot. And you don’t just get inactive when you are done. You have a whole day ahead to reinforce the exercise you did as you walk around going about your business.

I like to exercise around 11:00 in the morning. It breaks up the day and gives me great energy.

Just after breakfast I exercise. Helps me burn off what I've already eaten
