I noticed that since last 2 weeks a mild pain is building in my both of eyes.
I am feeling a little grief while watching tv nearby.
Ultimately i am unable to see a tv program not more than 2 hours a day.
Why my eyes are burning?...
Why my eyes are turning into red colored?...
My sleeping status also is effecting by tv watch
In what way can i see tv programs continuously more than 3 hours daily?...
Please tell me few points to save my eyes from colored tv programs...

To me it sounds like it might be a good possibility that your vision is changing and that you might need to think about visiting the opthamologist and seeing if you might need to get corrective lenses to help you with your vision.
For me, I've never observed any kind of eye strain or eye pain when I watch television. However, I am also a person that really doesn't watch all that much television either so that could be the difference between you and I.

Gamyam, i think you will need to put some eye drop to both your eyes, to avoid the burning and dry sensation. When both your eyes are being cool down, you will be able to sleep like usual. Try not to watch TV for a temporary of time, until both your eyes are recovered. If putting eye drop didn't help much, it is better to consult a doctor. Perhaps they can prescribe a much better eye drop for the faster recovery of both your eyes.

Watching too much television is definitely no good to our eyes. You can take more vitamin A as lack of this vitamin can cause night blindness. Eat more carrots in your diet. You can also consume Bilberries. In fact you may buy Bilberry tablets from the pharmacy. All these are good for our eyes.

If your eyes are sore, then try this: gently place your palms over your eyes. this is an old trick that we used with the old terminal computers in days way back. Try this and see if you feel a little better. Also, stop and look off into the distance from time to time.

It is very normal that watching TV for a long time is harmful for the eyesight. It is one of the reasons to cause the near-sighted. As your eyes focus on the TV for a long time and they will be so tiring. It is better that you have breaks sometimes when you watch TV. You can also see far away scenery to relax your eyes.

The best thing to do is to have your eyes medically examined to find out what problems your eyes have.

Why dont you meet a eye specialist? If you are having irritation in your eyes wearing glasses may work. If you are alredy wearing then too you can do a check up. Watching tv too near is not good.

Hello gamyam this is checkmail and yup this is another fact that our eyes require the maximum rest than any part of our body as eyelids do function in accordance to brain.Means when we close our eyelid, indirectly give rest to eyes our brain too takes an rest.If our body organs don rest well naturally there would be side-effects.Better try closing of eyes for a little while in between while watching television, might help your problem.

I think you should have your eyes checked by an eye doctor first. It's difficult to rely on what other people would say about it, because in the first place they weren't specially educated for that particular concern.
But one advise though, is when you watch TV don't be too near the screen. Also when you watch TV, put on the light because the radiation from the TV is said to be lesser with that way.

our eyes change as we get older and we start to loose our sight I do believe you need to have your eyes checked out by an eye doctor 2nd thing id you spend a lot of time at your computer this can also cause harm to your eyes with out you knowing if you can and you spend a lot of time at your computer get up and walk away from it every hour for like a coffee break or a snack just enough time to give your eyes a little bit of a break
