Yeah I know I didn't get on and say anything over the last few weeks. Haven't been on the computer much, too much work to do
. I wish I could say I have been doing better but it's really only been a pound to a pound and a half loss each week since the last I posted. Hey, as long as the numbers are consistently on theri way down then that would mean you're on the right track.
I think that this is the best way to lose weight, small numbers but consistent. What's alarming is losing a lot of weight instantly and then gaining it all back, or even more, in a few months.

Very true and I am trying very hard not only to lose but to not gain it back again. weight isnt easy to lose for everyone. You may lose 1-2 lbs per week. Then 5-6 the next. Hang in there.....

The first week I did better but there was a lot more changes that week then living with said changes.
