My yorkie spend lots of time on the heating-vent. Is that good for him?

My Yorkie puppy spend a lot of time on my heating vent in my living room. Is that good for him? I have noticed that the vent is pretty hot, so could it 'boil his insides' or something?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i think u should avoid your puppy to come near that heating vent as it might have a bad effect on it. i think u should keep that vent at some random place so that your puppy wont be able to find it.

The problem is that the heating vent is built into the floor, so I couldn't move it.
