How often do you try out a new dinner recipe? I try to make a new dish at least once a week. this week I made a salmon chowder for the first time ever and omg it was the most delish thing ever! I think its fun to try something new, something out of the norm from the usual old reliables lol. What new dishes have you tried lately?

I would love to try your salmon chowder. Can you please post the recipe ingredients and how to make it? My family and I love all fish and this recipe would be a great addition to our meals to keep warm here in Canada. Thanks!

I always try to make a new dish very weekends because my husband always wanted to eat something new. Yesterday I made gyoza, califonia maki and beef ramen for the first time, so far all of those dish turns out very good and delicious too. Next week I going to try to cook some India food since his craving for curry and samosas, i never try to eat curry but i will to cook it him, good thing I have international cook books in our kitchen when I can read cooking procedure and buy all the needed ingredients.

I have to admit that I am not adventurous when it comes to food or cooking new things, I know what I like and I am creature of habit I eat what I like. Personally for me I think it's a waste if I make something and I don't like it.

I am always making something new because I don`t follow recipes anymore and rely on what ingredients I have around. Today I was making stuffed zuchini, but I didn`t have the usual cube for taste. I added dry oregano, some smoked pepper and a bit of broth I have left from a tongue I cooked. It is always like that for me.

I always want to try new recipes but I can only get to do this like every other week. Reason being is that I am still trying to adjust to my new home and I am also in the process of trying my hand in the kitchen as I've been married only a bit recently. It is different when you have to cook for yourself only, and another if you have to cook for someone special.

When you are so busy then it can be a hard thing to do at times esp when you are adjusting to a new life. Congrats on the recent wedding. Yes its a good feeling to have someone to cook for :D

I live in Ireland and have watched so many american food shows on tv that I feel we are missing out! This week I plan on trying pulled pork sandwiches, they look so tasty on tv lol. It gets a bit boring cooking the same dishes all the time. Variety is only ever a good thing :)
