do you like tofu.?. what dishes do you make with Tofu.?.

TOFU :) - I love Tofu :)
I love Tofu.such a great food.I came from tofu country,Japan..so I know some dishes. If you like miso soup then you can cut it (about a half inch cubic shape) and put it into a miso soup.it goes well with scallion and seaweed. also you can make deep fried tofu. http://japanesefood.about.com/od/tofu/r/agedashidofu.htm this is very good:)
