I have to start fresh again.

You might be aware that accidentally I opened two accounts at mylot. I wanted to work with the second one as I had already started working on it and thought that the first one would be automatically deleted by the administration as it would remain inactive from the beginning. So, I continued to work on the second account. But two days ago, when I tried to log in with the second account, I could not open it and when my opened my mail box, I found a message from mylot stating that the said account has been terminated. as a result, the number of posting I had in my credit for that account has also been cancelled and my earnings have been forfeited. I have no regrets for the earnings but I would really miss the number of postings so far in my credit as I would have to wait longer to reach the level of 500 postings to avail myself of the ;Copy and Paste' facility, which is allowed only after crossing the level of 500 postings in one's credit. So, I have conveyed my urge to the administration of mylot to allow me work with the second account and to delete the first account with the user name of 'Mr Ghost' so that I can work with the user name of 'Mr Ghost2013'.But I think my plea has been turned down by mylot as I am yet to get any reply from them. So I would have to start fresh. I hope that I would enjoy your kind help and guidance along with constant encouragent. Isn't it?

You ought to check your mail box before opening the second account.

Ah well, while I understand that some money can be a little disappointing, losing all your posts is a real kick in the teeth. I'd suggest you keep trying to contact the myLot admin. They probably didn't reply since it was weekend time. I'm sure you'll be able to grind out at least a reply from them even though it may be unfavorable.

My suggestion is,don't start afresh. In fact you needn't do so.Your account is not deleted.I have heard from many members here that their accounts were intact even after their inactivity for months. So continue with the same account and username.Accounts in Mylot,so far as I know, don't get automatically deleted. They remain intact.

then can we say.. Welcome back. It is okay, at least you were not banned forever. although some earnings are wasted. Lessons need to be learned a hard way sometimes.

Your account got deleted and your earnings forfeited. So what? You may start with a fresh account here. You must have violated guidelines. One of my friends here had violated the guidelines as a result of which his account was deleted. For three months he remained silent and then joined Mylot again with a new username. You too may join Mylot with a fresh account.

hi MrGhost If you had read the guidelines and dhe FAQ's then you wuld know that they do not close an account just because you were
inactive. If you had read the info You would have known to use that first account as it was still open and active. Also you would have known that you cannot have two accounts open so you would not have made a new one. why on earth have you not read the information that answers all your questions first before asking for help..
Go read them now so you will have some good answers

Well I have to say welcome back. I would never assume that the account is deleted, because many sites do not do that. Most of the time you have to do that yourself like end your account and it is not on the guidelines anywhere that states they delete the account, but they do delete earnings though.
Welcome back and I hope that you reach your goals and have lots of fun. Good Luck to you!!

Hi. I'm sort of "new" here as well, at least in posting. I joined mylot in 2011 but can't set aside time to participate in mylot due to my job. We both have a long, long way to go. Good luck to us!

Hello. I am new in myLot. I am at a stage where I need to really learn and be disciplined so I could also get points. I guess your post encouraged me to make a goal of a definite post and comments to do in a day so I could become a proud myLot user also. And I have to admit I haven't read the FAQ's that seriously yet, and now I know I need to so I could avoid being in some trouble in the future. Oh, it's still a long way to go for me..
