Green tea with honey and cinnamon....

Since last year I started to eat healthy foods and exercise everyday to lose weight and stay healthy. I already lost some pounds in a short period of time and if i continue this for sure I will achieve my target weight. Another thing that help me to lose weight aside from diet and exercise is green tea with honey and cinnamon which is pure natural and anti-oxidant. My husband also drinking this tea everyday and I've noticed his belly became smaller than before. You should try it my dear friends, it's really good for our health. Have a great evening!

Oh thats great Bhebelen, I can do the healthy foods sometimes
but when it comes to that exercise I get lost,
But I am happy to say that I am now taking an Aqua Zumba Class
twice a week and I really enjoy it...and I am having Flax seed
plus fiber and it provides Omega 3,6,and 9...So I have been
taking it for almost 2 weeks and waiting to more different.

Aqua Zumba class sounds interesting and i like it, but the problem is there's no one offering this kind of class in my place, instead i enrolled in poll dancing which also a good way to lose way. Thanks

What we call Green Tea in my country is served in Chinese restaurants and sold under that name in health food shops and supermarkets mimicking the same. It does contain some caffeine, so I would not want to drink it after mid afternoon. Camomile tea, on the other hand, is simply called camomile tea, but you seem to suggest that camomile tea with honey and cinnamon is just as effective as what we call Green Tea. Would you confirm this, or would you say you don't really know?
I had read some time ago that cinnamon could be an irritant, but Wikipedia, whilst saying that too much can cause liver and kidney damage, highlights more beneficial effects. Of particular relevance to what you write here is: A 2003 study shows benefits of cinnamon in diet of type 2 diabetics: "Cinnamon improves glucose and lipids of people with type 2 diabetes" (There is a link between Type 2 diabetes and obesity). But we must be careful not to overdo it. Same with the honey, which, of course, contains sugars (Proverbs 25:16 in the Bible indicates this).

Thanks for the nice info, actually i am aware of this including the side effects of green tea, honey and cinnamon if taken too much, i've done some research about it and even talk to the herbalist for my own good. Have a great day!

I always put 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tbsp. of honey in my green tea, i drink it 2 to 3 thrice a day. I also drink warm water with lemon early in the morning to stimulate my digestive system.

I love green tea but haven't had any lately but I do take cinnamon tablets daily and drink apple cider vinegar with a little honey. I haven't lost any weight though so perhaps will try this combination and see if it works. Thanks for the heads up.

I tried to drink apple cider with honey too before but i am more comfortable in green tea than apple cider. Cinnamon tablets are available here at home too but never try to take it. Thanks

I love green tea but have not heard of the added honey and cinnamon. I know our natural spices have amazing health benefits and have been researching them off and on.

Yeah, tea with honey has been proven to have health benefits when taken regularly. Aside from losing weight, I am sure that you also notice that you do not get sick too easily now. They also help boost our immune system in a way that we do not catch colds that easily.

I love having Chamomile green tea. It is so refreshing. I never add sugar or honey in my green tea i love to have it just plain without anything mixed in it. It simply makes me realize i am very beautiful. I don't know why i feel that with every sip LOL! but yes this is a fact i do feel this.

Hello Bhebelen14 this is checkmail and you are absolutely right about the tea, many times peoples don get the right combinations properly.Yup our body requires regular excises every day to remain fit.Also the Green tea with chinnamon and honey is good for weight loss and remain energetic.Good luck with your health as me to had wonder results from it, enjoyed its tastes good.

Your right my dear losing weight is more on passion, dedication and commitment. This past few years I tried different ways to lose weight including drinking diet pills and food suppressant, they actually works for me but it's not healthy and I can able to gain weight more faster than before when I stop taking those pills. But this green tea, exercise and proper diet helps me to lose weight naturally without any side affects. Thanks.
