Today , I did not finish my job for the first time ,mainly cause I am too busy to handle everything.One of my colleagues has quit his job so that I'm had to take all the job on my own ,to my suprise ,my leader thought I was not worrking hard enough,she complainted me lazy to my boss. I've thought she is so nice to be my guidence ,but the truth turned out I am completely wrong.

I am sorry that you have been judged wrongly. But maybe you jusy need to get used to working more this tine than the usual. I an sure you'd come out great! Good luck!

Is she wrong? You are probably measured by the way you "sold" yourself or to the way your co-workers are. So the first step you should take is ask her why she does see you as a lazy person. How come you are not asking her why? Sounds to me people expect something from you. Are you able to do that job or do you have something else in mind? If you are not taking yourself seriously by aksing how or what, why should someone else?

Forgive me that I say something bad on she ,she is a bit selfish and stubborn.She alaways put others' job in a paticularly simple way ,certainly we should finish the task before her deadline.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation very well and i know u must have been disappointed with whatever has happened. I think it was just not your day n u have to prove them wrong by finishing all your pending works before time so that they get a tight slap on their faces indirectly. What say?

Hi sub ,I fixed allof my task tooday in advance ,then she shut up.I am not mean I glad to see rhis ,at least trust & working ability have been recognized is important to me.
